DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Strategy: Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy, working with key stakeholders inside the marketing team and with adjacent functions (sales leadership, product marketing, marketing peers, and the different BU heads) to align objectives.
2. Acquisition: Find the most efficient techniques, channels and optimisations to support the marketing team to exceed targets for the high quality sales qualified leads.
3. Customer Journeys: Work closely with the customer to understand their journey, bring a growth hacking mindset to the role, optimize the conversion funnel.
4. Marketing Automation: Take ownership of the driving the marketing automation initiatives which may involve multiple software tools, to make every digital interaction count.
5. Team Management: Lead, motivate and nurture a team of talented digital experts, partnering with other global and regional teams to ensure we get the most out of a global and regional operating model.
6. Agency Management: Evaluate and partner with the best marketing agencies to accelerate ROI on our marketing spends and reduce the learning curves. Outsource as many tasks to agencies as possible to maintain a healthy balance between inhouse costs, Outsource costs, speed and quality of execution.
7. Content: Oversees content and social media marketing strategy, including thought leadership, brand building and demand generation campaigns to make sure latest trends are being followed.
8. Analysis: Tracking and reporting on key metrics and bring out insights for continuous improvement and driving big innovations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation and support for Safetrax tool for large corporates and fleet partners
- Act as single point contact for all client queries.
- Serve as a primary point-of-contact for Client satisfaction and act as the liaison between the clients, sales and other functional groups.
- Managing the entire show of Account Management and supporting clients.
- Owning the long term as well as the short-term growth strategy of the account(s).
- Participate in internal planning activities to develop schedules and align resources for projects and support activities.
- Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker.
- Find opportunities to bring in automation/orchestration in order to enhance client service experience.
- Respond to queries from potential and existing customers, communicate Safetrax's value proposition and negotiate deals successfully.
- Understand client needs and address within defined TAT
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and demonstrated prior Account/Service Management experience.
- Information Technology experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint )
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and processes and an understanding of how to apply these in a customer facing environment
- Understand technical risks and supportability parameters
- Strong decision-making skills.
- The ability to analyse, think innovatively, adapt and drive new best practices.
- The ability to farm the account through relationship management.
