Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, HAM, CMDB, SPM, or GRC. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
- Experience in one or more ServiceNow modules:
- ITSM (IT Service Management)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
- GRC / IRM (Governance, Risk & Compliance / Integrated Risk Management)
- Experience in Service Catalog, Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, Integrations, and Reporting.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.

Job Overview :
The person should be experienced in designing, Implementing, solution various ServiceNow related applications and modules. Must possess technical knowledge and hands on experience in any 1 or 2 of these ITAM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, PPM.
Key Responsibilities :
· Support and maintain all technical aspects of ServiceNow platform.
· Design and Develop OOTB and custom application on ServiceNow platform with primary focus on ITX and HRSD development
· Owns the requirement gathering sessions collaborating with various stakeholders.

· Experience with Now mobile app.
· Extensive experience creating custom Widget using html, CSS, bootstrap , AngularJS, Server Side scripting, Jelly Script, jQuery
· Should have experience in integrations including AD, MID Server and third party tools using web services, SOAP, REST, etc.
· Experience of Scoped application and Service Portal
· Should have good understanding about domain separation
· Excellent Analytical, Logical, communication and problem-solving skills
· Should have ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Nice to Have :
· ITIL certified
· Relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist
