As a Product Testing & Support Executive, you will drive deep and continuous testing of all our tablet, mobile and online Class based solutions to ensure 100% stability and error free readiness of all versions with ongoing updates. You will also take up integrated product support to users, students and teachers/ NGO coordinators. What you will do: Bringing further clarity on the issues and testing stability of the product. Understanding what and why they are facing an issue and ensuring that all issues are resolved at the earliest possible with alignment to best usage and learning outcomes. Understanding all our products and their usage in detail. Preparing test scenarios. Executing tests on application usability: This would involve thorough and regular testing of all screens, functionalities, logic of the entire application assuming a real life use scenario, for all the company's products and services. Proactively building up test cases and make the products ready for simultaneous usage at a massive scale. Estimating the kind of challenges products may face as they grow 10X, 100X in size and ensure absolute stability Analysing test results, noting the error or bugs and documenting them Sharing the test results with the tech team and ensuring the same is resolved and then well tested Answering incoming support enquiries via phone calls, sms, whatsapp or email. Responding to these queries and help the user in resolution ensuring the best of user experience Tracking, checking and proactively responding to all user reviews on android play store and iOS store for the mobile apps Proactively reaching out to the users, taking feedback on their usage of our solutions and in case of an issue, documenting it, sharing it with the tech team, resolving it, testing it and then sharing it back with the user Using testing and support interactions as a great channel for product growth and best usage. Regular aligning with the product and growth team to ensure that testing/ support becomes their product growth driver and source of best business inputs. What you need to have: Attention to detail and ability to observe all diversions from expected behaviour in products Ability to test and track all bugs and issues in the digital products and apps while covering and defining all possible test cases Capability to be a devil’s advocate and enjoy finding the issues which others cant. Methodical and process driven working abilities Good command of all documentation tools especially excel and word for all data management and sharing Good command on all communication tools including email, phone and messaging Clear and sharp verbal communication skills to interact with users and internal team members Ability to document every interaction at work and record/maintain and review the ongoing rectification work by the dev team Scheduling skills and ability to follow up with the product and tech teams to ensure that all issues/ bugs are resolved quickly and user experience and issue resolution is given topmost priority. Good command over English and Hindi and ability to talk to and understand basics from users of other languages across the country.
