Hiring: Business Development Manager – Luxury Residential Projects

📍 Location: Indore (On-site)

💰 Salary: ₹75,000+ per month + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to generate new business and acquire high-value clients in the luxury residential segment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and acquire new clients for luxury residential and turnkey projects

✅ Build strong relationships through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships

✅ Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline

✅ Convert opportunities into high-value business closures

✅ Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Proven experience in business development and client acquisition

✔ Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

✔ Experience in luxury residential, interior design, architecture, real estate, or related sectors preferred

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
