We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural visualization, 3D modeling, rendering, and drafting with excellent attention to detail.

• Job Title: 3D Visualizer
• Experience: 2 to 5 Years
• Location: Chennai
• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations for architectural and interior projects
• Develop realistic lighting, texturing, and rendering outputs
• Prepare detailed drawings and layouts using CAD software
• Work closely with design and project teams to understand project requirements
• Modify and improve designs based on client or management feedback
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high visual quality standards
• Maintain consistency in design aesthetics and technical accuracy

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of: 3DS Max, Revit, AutoCAD / CAD
• Good understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong visualization and creative skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience in architectural visualization projects

Interior Designer Job Responsibili􀆟es:

 Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs.

 Meets with clients to program the project requirements.

 Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and eleva􀆟ons.

 Creates design concepts and digital presenta􀆟ons with finish selec􀆟ons, furnishings, and fixtures.

 Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests.

 Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documenta􀆟on of all ac􀆟vi􀆟es.

 Manages the coordina􀆟on and logis􀆟cs of product deliveries and installa􀆟on.

 Provides follow-up support with customers.

 Develops and maintains produc􀆟ve and effec􀆟ve rela􀆟onships with customers.

Interior Designer Qualifica􀆟ons / Skills:

 Effec􀆟ve verbal and wri􀆩en communica􀆟on skills

 Problem solving skills, a􀆩en􀆟on to detail, and self-starter

 Programming abili􀆟es to extract informa􀆟on and produce reports

 Knowledge of building and accessible codes

 Familiarity with all phases of projects, poten􀆟al issues, and proven history to produce projects

 Knowledge of industry construc􀆟on costs and material costs

 Basic ability to prepare furniture cost es􀆟mates

 Crea􀆟ve eye for detail in prepara􀆟on of design presenta􀆟on materials

Educa􀆟on, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in design or related field 5-10 YRS EXPERIANCE

 Interior Design CERTIFIICATION

 Experience in INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

 Experience with FF&E procurement and specifica􀆟on

 Experience managing a department of 4 or more design staff including budget es􀆟mates and project

schedules

 Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Revit
