Receptionist & Admin Executive

Working Days: Tuesday–Sunday (Monday off)

Overview:

The Receptionist & Admin Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors courteously.
• Manage calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and office supplies.
• Support HR/Admin with documentation, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with meeting arrangements, interviews, and office events.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (Kannada a plus).
• Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office; prior front-office/admin experience preferred.

Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's in English, Marketing, Computer Science, or Business

Experience :1 year+ (in SEO Sales)

Salary: 2LPA-5LPA

Skills required:

1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (American English)

2.Excellent negotiation skills

3.First-hand experience selling digital marketing/SEO packages to clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

4.Must be able to create pipelines and prospects for new digital marketing (SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and branding) projects.

5.Must be able to draft proposals and presentations for potential clients

6.Knowledge of digital marketing/SEO tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

7.Must be able to analyze a website and prepare a Website Audit Report

8.Flexible to work in a team environment in the US time zones

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating well designed videos (courses) and images to be posted on company’s Ayurveda education business. which will also entail creating various engaging posts for social media channels like Instagram, FB, Pinterest etc.

• Editing full-length courses, ads, compile animation, content, music etc.
• Responsible for the complete packaging of videos (ads, infomercials, demos etc.)
• Catering to the international market (primarily English speaking) with a good understanding of the language
• Working long and hard within a highly disciplined eco-system
• Building a distinctive brand that stands-out amidst a crowd of beauty and wellness products across the globe

Desired Candidate Profile

The role involves computer vision tasks including development, customization and training of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs); application of ML techniques (SVM, regression, clustering etc. ) and traditional Image Processing (OpenCV etc. ). The role is research focused and would involve going through and implementing existing research papers, deep dive of problem analysis, generating new ideas, automating and optimizing key processes.

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in solving complex real-world problems at scale via deep learning, computer vision or AI
• Python, cuDNN, Tensorflow/PyTorch/Keras (or similar Deep Learning frameworks).
• CNNs, RNNs, Transfer learning (for image classification, segmentation, object detection etc).
• Image Processing techniques using OpenCV or other white-box image feature extraction algorithms.
• End to end deployment of deep learning models.

• 7 - 10 years of relevant Business Development for product and services companies targeting Analytics / IT sales /staffing Technology companies.
• Must have generated a minimum of $1-2M revenue in the last 12 months
• Experience in North American Market Lead Generation is mandatory
