We are looking for a proven hunter to build and grow our IT services business within GCCs in India.

The primary responsibility of this role is to create entry and win business with:

• newly established GCCs, and
• mature GCCs already operating in India

The focus is on positioning and selling our IT services offerings into GCCs, including areas such as:

• digital engineering
• application development / modernization
• cloud
• data / AI
• managed services
• specialist capability pods / team extensions
• transformation-led engagements

This role is not centered on GCC setup advisory.

Helping enterprises evaluate or shape GCC setup models may come up in conversations, but that is secondary. The primary requirement is someone who can open doors, build pipeline, and close IT services business within GCCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target GCCs in India, including both:
• newly established GCCs
• mature/established GCCs
• Build a GCC-focused hunting strategy for IT services entry
• Open conversations with:
• GCC Heads
• Engineering Heads
• CIO/CTO/Technology Leaders
• Delivery / Transformation Leaders
• procurement and vendor stakeholders where relevant
• Drive the full sales cycle:
• account mapping
• outreach
• discovery
• solution positioning
• proposal/commercials
• closure
• Tailor the GTM approach based on GCC maturity:
• new GCC = setup/ramp/speed/capability-building needs
• mature GCC = cost optimization/productivity/specialized transformation/managed outcomes
• Build pipeline from scratch and convert that into revenue

SD Lead Job Description: Total Experience Expected: 14-18 years. Role & Responsibilities: 1. Team member should have Minimum 15 + Yrs experience in SAP-SD 2. At least 2 full life cycle experience Greenfield Implementation 3. Lead the workshop and identify the GAP. 4. Develop detailed functional specification 5. Good knowledge and experience with additional SAP Core modules Like -MM, PP, FICO etc. 6. Good communication skill Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 2. 15+ years of experience as a SAP SD Consultant, with a strong focus on Green Field Implementation. 3. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SD module settings within the SAP ECC environment. 4. Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from requirements analysis to support. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders. 7. SAP SD certification is a plus. 8. Familiarity with related modules, such as SAP PP/MM/FICO/PS is beneficial. 9. Experience in process optimization, data migration, and system performance enhancement

Key Responsibilities :

- Set up and manage Microsoft Purview accounts, collections, and access controls (RBAC).

- Integrate Purview with data sources : Azure Data Lake, Synapse, SQL DB, Power BI, Snowflake.

- Schedule and monitor metadata scanning and classification jobs.

- Implement and maintain collection hierarchies aligned with data ownership.

- Design metadata ingestion workflows for technical, business, and operational metadata.

- Enrich data assets with business context : descriptions, glossary terms, tags.

- Synchronize metadata across tools using REST APIs, PowerShell, or ADF.

- Validate end-to-end lineage for datasets and reports (ADF ? Synapse ? Power BI).

- Resolve lineage gaps or failures using mapping corrections or scripts.

- Perform impact analysis to support downstream data consumers.

- Create custom classification rules for sensitive data (PII, PCI, PHI).

- Apply and manage Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels and policies.

- Integrate with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) for DLP.

- Manage business glossary in collaboration with domain owners and stewards.
