Key Responsibilities:

• Research fashion trends and develop concepts for upcoming collections.
• Create design concepts, tech packs, and oversee sample development.
• Design graphics, labels, trims, and support product sampling.
• Prepare production-ready tech packs and coordinate with production teams.
• Conduct market and competitor research to improve product collections.
• Work on fit corrections and product improvements based on market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Fashion Design
• 7–8 years of experience with domestic apparel brands.
• Experience in designing Men's Shirts.
• Strong knowledge of shirt fabrics, garment construction, and pattern making.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Graphic design skills will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct design research and develop concepts for seasonal collections. 

• Create creatives, sampling tech packs, and coordinate sample development with vendors. 

• Design graphics, labels, trims, and oversee product sampling. 

• Prepare production-ready design tech packs for selected styles. 

• Visit markets to study trends, competitor brands, and customer preferences. 

• Work on garment fit improvements based on market requirements. 

Qualification

• Fashion Design Graduate from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or equivalent institute. 

Required Skills

• 7–8 years of experience with domestic fashion brands. 

• Experience in men's shirt design. 

• Strong knowledge of shirt fabrics and garment construction. 

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. 

• Good understanding of pattern making and garment construction. 

• Good communication and teamwork skills. 

Preferred Skill

• Graphic design knowledge is an added advantage.
