Position Summary:
The ITMS (Intelligent Traffic Management System) Installation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, setup, and commissioning of ITMS components on-site. This includes managing installation teams, ensuring quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all systems are installed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications.
1 Key Responsibilities:
- Installation Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the installation of ITMS components including Variable Message Signs (VMS), traffic sensors, cameras, controllers, and other equipment at various locations.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the installation crew, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring efficient and safe work practices are followed.
- Site Coordination: Liaise with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination between various teams working on the project. Ensure site readiness for installation activities and resolve any site-related issues.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any installation issues or technical challenges promptly to minimize delays and ensure smooth system integration.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site, including the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with local regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including daily progress reports, equipment inventories, and site conditions. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager

2 Skills and Qualifications:
- Education:
- A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Certification in project management or installation supervision (preferred).
- Experience:
