Job Title: Structured Finance Analyst – Energy Transition at AI Platform
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-closing due diligence on structured finance deals, including project finance, securitization, and asset-backed lending in energy transition sectors (solar, wind, battery storage, EV infrastructure).
- Analyze credit structures, collateral quality, and cash flow modeling to independently validate underwriting assumptions and identify key risks.
- Prepare detailed investment analysis reports benchmarking AI-driven diligence results against manual underwriting.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineering teams to refine the underwriting platform through continuous feedback on accuracy, coverage gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in structured finance and renewable energy project finance.
- Participate actively in transaction discussions, providing insightful analysis and contributing to decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of structured finance experience from an investment bank, rating agency, private credit fund, or fintech lender specializing in structured products.
- Demonstrable experience in analyzing structured finance products, including ABS, project finance, or infrastructure debt.
- Strong proficiency in Excel modeling, cash flow analysis, and scenario testing.
- Understanding of credit risk assessment, collateral valuation methodologes, and deal structuring principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a closely related field; CFA Level I or higher preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts.

- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.

- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of pay transactions.
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly Statutory Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supports budget and forecasting activities.

Experience & Skills:
- 4-5 years of experience having thorough knowledge of Audit, Finalization of Accounts, Balance sheet, PL Account
- Proven work experience as a GST.
- Wellverse with Tally, ERP.
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word etc.) Familiar with accounting software packages. Experience in IDS preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
