Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer portfolios and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing and overdue invoices.
- Handle customer disputes related to invoices, pricing, taxes, and billing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and invoice issues.
- Track customer payment commitments and maintain accurate records.
