We are seeking a qualified and experienced Law Officer to handle day-to-day legal responsibilities and provide comprehensive legal support to the organization. The role involves legal analysis, drafting, advisory, compliance management, and litigation support across multiple legal domains. Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory & Drafting
· Draft, review, and vet legal notices, agreements, contracts, MOUs, deeds, and other legal documents.

· Handle legal documentation related to company law, banking law, contract law, and intellectual property rights.
