Purpose of the role

To design and develop accurate layout, manufacturing, and assembly drawings, along with comprehensive Bills of Materials

(BOM), in alignment with project requirements and timelines, ensuring seamless execution, efficient manufacturing, and

successful project delivery.

Technical Skills Required

1. Very good Knowledge of AutoCAD as 2D Software and Solid works as 3d Software.

2. Knowledge of designing of different type of Conveyors system using for material handling.

3. Knowledge Layout reading and preparation.

4. Attention to details in reading and creating 2D drawing & 3D drawing.

5. Good in Dimension Tolerances.

6. Attention to details in creating BOM of Material.

Behavioural Skills Required

1. Good in communication & team-oriented personality.

2. Willingness to learn new technologies.

S. No. Job Responsibilities

1 Carries out detailed mechanical design work including 2D drafting & 3D modelling.

2 Responsible for Layout preparation

3 Responsible for preparing and presenting mechanical designs at design reviews.

4 Responsible for the specification compliance of designs.

5 Carries out Bill of Materials, manufacturing drawings, and erection drawings.

Minimum Qualification- Diploma (mechanical)

Years of experience 2-3 years

Hand on experience with TC Customization, Installation, Upgrade, Migration

Teamcenter BMIDE & ITK - Working with BOM & Structure , SOA , AWC customization

Work Flow & Dispatcher configuration through custom utility translation

Good knowledge on Teamcenter customization and AWC customization and configuration

Should have intensive work experience on the following modules. 

oReport generation.

oPLM-XML import / export.

oDocument Management

Good knowledge on required programming languages for ITK(C/C++), SOA-AWC(Angular JS,HTML,CSS) customization.

• 6 - 10 years’ experience in Oracle EBS (Techno-Functional)
• Experience in implementation, Support, and upgrade projects
• Experience at least in 2 R12.2 upgrade projects.
• Experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.7 or Higher versions of R12.
• Strong knowledge in SQL/PLSQL, Reports, Forms, and workflow. OAF is added advantage.
• At least 40% functional knowledge in SCM and Manufacturing (Modules: PO, OM, INV, WIP, BOM, Quality and Engineering)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
