We're executing India's flagship autonomous submarine project the Jalkapi XLAUV on order from the Indian Navy. This is an unmanned submarine weighing over 20 tons that can travel 5,000+ kilometers autonomously and operate in the ocean for 30+ days at a time.

Job Title: Design Engineer

The Role

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer with 4-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using NX CAD or other 3D CAD tools to create detailed and precise designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Modeling

• Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs of components and systems using tools such as NX CAD- preferred or Solidworks,AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Develop and refine engineering drawings for manufacturing and assembly.
• Ensure designs meet technical specifications, functional requirements, and industry standards.

Prototyping and Testing

• Will be a part of R&D team to develop and test prototypes.
• Perform feasibility studies and stress analyses using simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS).
• Identify and address design issues during testing and validation phases.

Process Optimization

• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production.
• Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles in projects.
• Continuously improve existing designs to enhance performance and cost efficiency.

Collaboration and Documentation

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
• Prepare technical documentation, including engineering reports, specifications, and design records.
• Support project planning and provide inputs for timelines and resource requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 4-10 years of experience in mechanical design or engineering, preferably in R&D focused industries working on electro-mechanical/robotic systems.
• Proven experience in designing components and systems for complex projects.
• Proficiency in NX CAD software and PLM.
• Familiarity with simulation tools like ANSYS or Abaqus.
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques.
• Experience in DFM, DFA, and DFMEA principles.

Job Title: CAD Design Engineer, Mechanical & Code-First Reverse Engineering

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CAD professional with strong expertise in 3D modelling, part and assembly design, and technical drafting. In this role, you will create and refine high-quality CAD models and engineering drawings, develop robust design workflows, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver accurate, manufacturable, and production-ready designs.

What You'll Do

● Create and review data grounded in real CAD and mechanical design practice, parts, assemblies, drawings, and the reasoning behind them.

● Reverse-engineer geometry: take an STL/mesh with no feature history and reconstruct the design intent as parametric, code-first CAD (build123d), inferring sketches, features, datums, patterns, and key dimensional relationships.

● Evaluate AI-generated design solutions, 3D models, feature trees, mating strategies, drawings, and pin down failure cases, edge cases, and quality gaps.

● Decompose complex modelling and verification tasks into structured, step-by-step workflows the model can learn from and be measured against.

Domain Responsibilities

● Build and assess parametric models, assemblies, and detailed 2D drawings across machined, sheet-metal, cast/moulded, and weldment parts.

● Judge design intent, constraints, and robustness, modelling approach. ● Apply and check GD&T, tolerancing, and design-for-manufacturing across the full product design lifecycle (concept → detailing → design review → handoff).

● Validate code-first reconstructions against source geometry via deviation and dimensional-accuracy checks.

Requirements

Must Have

● B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related) from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute (IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, DTU/NSUT, or equivalent).

● 5+ years of hands-on CAD/mechanical design with breadth across multiple platforms (Autodesk Fusion, SolidWorks, Creo, NX, CATIA, or Inventor), multiple part types, and the full design workflow.

● Strong command of parametric modelling, assembly design, engineering drawings, GD&T, and DFM.

● Working Python ability and genuine comfort with code-first CAD (build123d / CadQuery), or a clear track record of picking up scripting fast.

Good to Have

● Mesh processing (trimesh, Open3D, numpy-stl) and familiarity with OpenCascade/OCCT.

● Exposure to adjacent disciplines, surfacing, simulation-driven design, generative/topology optimization, or CAM handoff.

● PLM/PDM and configuration management.

Job Title: IT Application Support Engineer

Main Responsibility:

 Provide application support to KHS Worldwide users

 Handle first- and second-line support for engineering applications (Creo, AutoCAD, Catia

etc.) and other applications

 Diagnostic application error on client computers and resolve incidents, service requests,

and other issues in a timely manner.

 To able to installation & configuration of application support & handle to configure server

components

 Regularly monitor application performance and maintain the availability of application for

users

 Analyze recurring problems and identify long-term solutions.

 Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides (SOP), and knowledge base

articles.

 Support to users & other team members for application upgrades, patches, and

maintenance schedules.

 Handle integrations project, testing new application before deployments rollout.

 Provide training and support to end users on application functionality.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 2+ years of experience in application support, software maintenance, or a related IT role.

 Understanding of Windows (Client / Server) environments.

 Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Topdesk, ServiceNow, JIRA etc.)

 Basic scripting knowledge (e.g.Java, C#, Visual Basic, PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
