Job Title: Instructional Designer & Content Developer
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Instructional Designer
Responsibilities:
1. Apply instructional design theories, such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and adult learning principles, to create effective and learner-centric training materials.
2. Demonstrate a solid background in e-learning design principles, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and analyze the target audience's needs, characteristics, and existing knowledge.
4. Develop visually appealing and interactive storyboards using MS PowerPoint to outline the flow and structure of e-learning modules.
5. Create engaging and compelling scripts and narrations for instructional videos, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
6. Develop instructional materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and assessments, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and meet the defined learning outcomes.
7. Proficiently use Articulate Storyline to design and develop interactive e-learning modules that enhance the learning experience.
8. Edit and enhance video content using Camtasia, ensuring a seamless and engaging visual experience for learners.
9. Possess a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to integrate e-learning content into various platforms.
10. Communicate complex ideas effectively through clear and concise written content, ensuring a high standard of English proficiency.
11. Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine and enhance instructional materials, making improvements based on constructive input.
12. Stay informed about industry trends, educational technologies, and instructional design methodologies, participating in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or certification or diploma in Instructional Design.
2. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
3. Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Illustrator).
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
