KEY QUALIFICATIONS

·         BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field. 

·         Minimum 3+ years of UI/Frontend development and a strong understanding of building complex layouts using JavaScript, CSS and HTML.

KEY SKILLS

·         Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns including vanilla JavaScript, some experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Webpack, and Typescript or similar library/tools.

·         Obsessed with WPO (Web Performance Optimization) and web/mobile performance analysis.

·         Experienced with web standards and protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and socket APIs in general.

·         Familiar with web security, SEO, accessibility and internationalization.

Primary job role

As a Senior Technical Consultant – M3, the primary job role is to develop integration using Infor Enterprise Collaborator (IEC) , Intelligent Open Network(ION), Extension development using H5 Scripts, Output generation from OpenText Stream Serve and OpenText Story Teller.   Furthermore, it is required to design required solution and logics for the development components and collaboratively coordinate with the rest of the team playing a leadership role.

Main duties/responsibilities

• Design & implement high performing M3 Integrations solutions as per the functional specification.
• Create Technical Specification.
• Participate in effort estimations.
• Participate in design discussions and own module designs.
• Effective troubleshooting of technical issues and bugs.
• Package deployment and release management.
• Provides technical support to customers.
• Provides training and guidance to the new developers and junior team members.
• Participate in Requirement discussions.
• Participate in Project related meetings if required.
• Must be able to manage timelines and task priorities.
• Attention to detail and maintaining high quality standards is a must.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in the M3 Technical Consulting.

Technical Knowledge

• Ability to design and develop M3 Integrations with Infor Enterprise Collaborator (IEC).
• UI Extension development using H5Scripts.
• Experience specially in Finance related integrations (Fix assets, GLS850 Uploads for AP, AR, GL etc), Banking Integrations (Including MT940).
• Experience in complex development using Standard/Custom Business Object Document (BOD), ION Document Flow, Workflows.
• Configuring and working with Event Hub, Event Rules and MBM.
• Complex M3 Output development using OpenText Storyteller and OpenText Stream Serve.
• Ability to configure and work with Configurable XML.
• Experience in working with Infor OS and Infor Document Management (IDM).
• Ability to integrate M3 Output documents with IDM.

Responsibilities:

·       Analyze, design and support implementation of business specific Pega solutions and/or framework

·       Responsible for implementing technical solutions on Pega 8.x

·       Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch user experience

·       Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using Pega Systems Smart BPM methodology and DCO tools

·       Good hands on implementing PEGA integration services using REST, SOAP, Email etc. Good understanding of PEGA case management features

·       Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders

·       Design reusable components, frameworks and libraries

·       Ability to interact with business analysts and business team members to refine requirements, Use Cases

·       Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing

·       Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions

·       Participate in an Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases

·       Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required

·       Mentor and guide other software/Pega engineers within the team

·       Experience with troubleshooting Production log files and performance issues

·       Responsible for ensuring an efficient integration of programming deliverables timely builds and overall code quality

·       Contributes to the delivery of new applications and to the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications with shared responsibility for the technical issues

Experience and Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or Information Systems or Engineering is required, else in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience is mandatory.

·       Pega Systems Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

·       5+ Years of Experience on Pega PRPC (8.x/7.x versions) and Frame worked Case Management

·       In-Depth knowledge of Pega Upgrades, Integration, Performance Management and all Pega relevant Tools

·       Ability to negotiate and allocate resources appropriately for development and implementation

·       Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
