Job Description: Python-Azure AI Developer

Experience: 5+ years

Locations: Bangalore | Pune | Chennai | Jaipur | Hyderabad | Gurgaon | Bhopal

Mandatory Skills:

• Python: Expert-level proficiency with FastAPI/Flask
• Azure Services: Hands-on experience integrating Azure cloud services
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
• AI Expertise: Exposure to Agentic AI technologies, frameworks, or SDKs with strong conceptual understanding

Good to Have:

• Workflow automation tools (n8n or similar)
• Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or other AI agent frameworks
• Azure OpenAI Service knowledge

We're hiring a Python Developer in Jaipur.

Not looking for someone who can recite design patterns. Looking for someone who can open a Django codebase, figure out what's broken,

 and fix it by end of day. 3-4 years. Django / Flask / FastAPI. REST APIs. PostgreSQL. If you've maintained production code (not just built tutorial projects) — this is your role.

Must have exp in Django. [ Mandatory]

• The ability to problem-solve and critically think.
• High level of knowledge of Python and the Django framework.
• Familiarity with event driven programming as well as the MVC.
• Good understanding of SQL databases.
• Good understanding of REST APIs.

Level of skills and experience:

5 years of hands-on experience in using Python, Spark,Sql.

Experienced in AWS Cloud usage and management.

Experience with Databricks (Lakehouse, ML, Unity Catalog, MLflow).

Experience using various ML models and frameworks such as XGBoost, Lightgbm, Torch.

Experience with orchestrators such as Airflow and Kubeflow.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Fundamental understanding of Parquet, Delta Lake and other data file formats.

Proficiency on an IaC tool such as Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation.

Strong written and verbal English communication skill and proficient in communication with non-technical stakeholderst

• Work with stakeholders and fellow developers.
• Design and implement Python code using the Django framework.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks that may arise from inefficient code.
• Identify and fix software bugs.
• Create a wide variety of unit tests to verify the functionality of software.
• Manage the security of the platform.
• Write detailed documentation around the code.
• Knowledge of front end languages.

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Analysis, Automate and backtest the existing strategies
• Employing statistical applications to visualize and/or transform the distribution or dispersion profile of individual signals and support the mathematical formulation of multiple signal algorithms to rank securities for investment.

• Candidates should have strong coding skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, matplotlib, Zipline) /Django/Java script etc.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Must have Database knowledge like Open source, PostgreSQL, MySQL/SQ
