Criteria:

• Proven hands-on experience creating video content using AI tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Leonardo, Synthesia or similar)
• Strong working command of video editing software — Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to generate, refine, and upscale AI-generated video clips for motion smoothness, resolution, and visual quality
• Experience blending AI visuals, live footage, music, and sound design into cohesive, story-driven outputs
• Functional knowledge of AI voiceover and sound tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Play.ht or equivalents)
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and narrative flow
• Ability to manage lip-sync and dialogue timing, especially in regional dialects (Haryanvi, Rajasthani, Bhojpuri)
• Working understanding of cinematography, lighting, and film language
• Passion for regional Indian storytelling and cultural authenticity

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

● Generate video outputs using AI tools like Runway Gen-3, Pika Labs, Kaiber, or Synthesia to create high-quality, story-driven visuals.

● Blend AI visuals, live footage, and music to produce emotionally immersive scenes.

● Refine and upscale AI clips for motion smoothness, resolution, and perfect lip sync in regional dialects.

● Integrate AI voiceovers and sound design using tools such as Eleven Labs and Play.ht.

● Collaborate with AI Writers and Creative Directors to ensure alignment of tone, style, and storytelling.

● Design frames, environments, and character visuals using Mid journey, Runway, Leonardo, or Pika Labs, maintaining stylistic consistency across projects.

● Experiment with AI VFX and generative camera effects, constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

● Document workflows and maintain a visual asset library for reuse and creative reference.

● Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new AI tools, trends, and creative techniques.

Key Skills & Tools

● Strong command over Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.

● Experience with AI video and image generation platforms (like Runway, Veo3, Kaiber, Pika Labs, Leonardo).

● Familiarity with upscaling and motion enhancement tools (like Topaz, Flow Frames).

● Good understanding of sound design and mixing.

● Deep sense of composition, pacing, and narrative flow.

● Ability to manage lip sync and dialogue timing in regional dialects (Haryanvi, Rajasthani, Bhojpuri).

● Understanding of cinematography, lighting, and film language.

Job Description:

• Should have basic experience with animation principles.
• Good understanding of aesthetics and animated canvas.
• Able to understand project requirements and handle projects independently.
• Create and Edit Videos for all projects and use motion for the created videos
• Strong learning capability.
• Having a good knowledge of Excel tools
• Framework experience would be beneficial.
• Should be comfortable working with the team.
• Strong expertise in Motion Graphics, with a blend of creative visualization, modern design, and typography.
• Proficiency in handling DSLR cameras for internal photo/video shoots and enhancing footage with effects and elements to produce high-quality videos.
• Basic knowledge of UI design is a plus, as it may be required for certain UI-related tasks and team collaboration.

• Demonstrated experience in a graphic and motion design position.
• A strong portfolio that highlights one's creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Blender 3D is a plus.
• Basic Knowledge of Lottie - web animation will be considered an added advantage.

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating and editing well designed videos (courses) to be posted on company’s Ayurveda education business.

• Editing full-length courses, ads, compile animation, content, music etc.
• Responsible for the complete packaging of videos (ads, infomercials, demos etc.)
• Catering to the international market (primarily English speaking) with a good understanding of the language
• Visualizing and creating output according to the script
• Conceptualizing and executing motion animations using visual design
• Reordering and fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the video
• Producing videos for online platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating well designed videos (courses) and images to be posted on company’s Ayurveda education business. which will also entail creating various engaging posts for social media channels like Instagram, FB, Pinterest etc.

• Editing full-length courses, ads, compile animation, content, music etc.
• Responsible for the complete packaging of videos (ads, infomercials, demos etc.)
• Catering to the international market (primarily English speaking) with a good understanding of the language
