Urgent opening for an AEM admin who can help in stabilizing and scaling the infrastructure, DevOps, security and perform other administrative tasks to manage a very prominent web application in the media domain Tech Skills We need is a Principal level talent person who can build the full back-end stack in code, working directly with cross-functional teams (app development, DevOps, CloudOps) and across the UI & BE teams vertically. This position having UI skills isn't 100% required to be a coding strength. Responsibilities

• Create and lead innovative programs, software, and analytics that drive improvements to the availability, scalability, efficiency, and latency of the application
• Work with Directors to define and execute technical strategy and arbitrate technical processes and decisions.
• Work with development teams to guide future technology choices and foster cross-team collaboration
• Work across all teams to help define and clarify requirements, explore technical feasibility, and help define product directions and plans.
• Work closely with product & engineering leaders and tech leads to turn requirements into actionable plans that teams can understand.
• Define, Refine & Develop POCs in quick turnaround time and demonstrate the same to all stakeholders effortlessly
• Embed with teams from time to time to write code, provide technical guidance, etc.
• Very deep knowledge of the entire tech stack. Excellent understanding of the entire SDLC.
• Provides a multiplier effect in getting stuff done.
• Acts as SME for the team or product area within the Engineering organization and for cross-functional organizations as well.
• Teaches others why new features are important. Good understanding of customer use cases.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in any technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering AEM applications
• Build management using Bamboo/Jenkins or relevant tech
• Configuration and Release management
• Design and build enablement
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative engagements with clients, exploring their technical and business challenges. This will include delivering workshops, presenting solution overviews and providing benefits analysis of software features and developments
• Provide consulting services to aid the implementation, adoption, operation and expansion of Adobe Campaign at client organisations
• Provide Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (but not limited to):

o             Work with Clients to assess requirements

o             Configure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flows

o             Configure the Adobe Campaign solution to customers’ requirement including Campaigns set-ups, building web pages using Scripting

o             Develop customer specific solutions where necessary and document them

o             Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution

• Create Implementation plans for new and existing clients
• Creation of accurate estimates and quotations for Adobe Campaign Consulting services
• Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation including requirements, functional and technical specs that define and support the solution
• Ownership of the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery, acceptance and operation
• Knowledge transfer/Training to customers on solution implemented
• Product Upgrades and Configuration activities
• Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own in smaller projects which don’t have dedicated Project Managers
• Build great working relationship with Onshore Consulting team,  Learn and Adopt best-practices from such teams globally
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations

Job Description

 

• Strong hands on experience of AEM including AEM 6.x related Components, Templates, Taxonomy, metadata management, Forward and Reverse Replication, Workflows, Content Publishing and unpublishing, Tagging, Analytics, Deployment(Maven) and Content migration/ planning.
• Significant hands-on design experience with AEM and very strong concepts of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak and Adobe Dispatcher
• Worked on integrations with popular products /Technologies like Salesforce, SSO, LDAP, API Gateways using ReST and SOAP frameworks like Apache CXF and Jersey
• Understands and implements the Quality Properties of the system in every day work including Accessibility, SEO, URL management, Security, Performance and Responsive architecture.
• Has implemented Quality Processes for projects like Continuous Integration (Bamboo/Jenkins), SonarQube, Code reviews (Manual and Automated), code Formatters, Automation testing etc.
• Understanding of frontend technologies like Bootstrap, Backbone.js, React, Handlebars, Grunt, Angular, CSS3, HTML 5 and jQuery.
• Mastery of all core web and Java technologies including java 7/8, JEE, XML, XHTML, client/server-side scripting languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services development using Restful implementations.
• Good understanding of AEM capabilities including Multi-site manager and Blueprinting, and the use of Online marketing components such as advanced targeting/personalization, and multi-variate testing, is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of the end to end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processes.
• Good understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using AEM Search, Commerce package or others platforms is preferred.
