Job Summary
As a Workday HCM Senior functional consultant and HR Business Process Expert, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Workday system, including implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of core modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation. It also includes the modules that may be adopted based on business development: Benefit, US Payroll, etc. You will partner closely with Talent Teams, and Development team to ensure the system effectively supports global HR operations while driving digital transformation and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
· Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with the Talent team and other Key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
· Solution & Configuration: Act as a domain expert in both Workday and HR business process. Lead the implementation, configuration, and on-going management of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Performance, Compensation, and Advance Compensation. Prepare detailed user stories to clearly define solution requirements and communicate them to the Integration team as needed.
· Training & Support: Provide training to Talent teams and support them through go-live and post-implementation phases.
· Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday modules in a timely and efficient manner.
· Feature Release: Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities, particularly those related to Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Performance management, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and implement improvements as necessary.
· Best Practices: Advise Talent team on Workday best practices and optimization strategies to enhance their business processes.
· Flexibility to work occasional shift schedules (up to 20% of time) during critical project phases or system go-live periods.
Required Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
· Language: Fluency in both English (written and spoken), with ability to collaborate effectively with global talent and development teams.
· Experience:
o 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration and implementation experience.
o Experience leading at least 2 full lifecycle Workday implementation.
o Experience leading at least 3 HCM modules such as Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Benefit, US Payroll, Advanced Compensation.

Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM and Absence Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and supporting Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT/XML, and Web Services (SOAP & REST).

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).

- Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and external vendors for solution delivery.
- Create and maintain design documentation, test plans, and migration documentation.
- Support end-to-end testing, parallel testing, and cut-over activities.
- Participate in Workday release testing and ensure compatibility of integrations.
Required Experience :

- Strong understanding of Workday Business Processes and Security Configuration.
Educational Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good to Have :
- Experience with other Workday modules like Payroll and Benefits.
- Familiarity with PM tools like MS Project and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
