Role Overview
The HR Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of frontline restaurant staff including kitchen crew, service staff, stewards, housekeeping, and other operational roles. The role requires strong experience in high-volume hiring, sourcing from blue-collar talent pools, and managing recruitment pipelines across multiple restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Hire frontline staff such as Kitchen Crew, Commis, Service Staff, Stewards, Helpers, Housekeeping, and Delivery Personnel.
2. High-Volume Hiring
• Handle bulk hiring requirements for multiple restaurant outlets.
• Ensure timely closure of positions to maintain operational efficiency.
3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
• Source candidates through job portals, local networks, staffing vendors, walk-in drives, referrals, and community outreach.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified blue-collar candidates.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaborate with restaurant managers and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring processes.
5. Recruitment Drives
• Organize walk-in drives, campus hiring (for hospitality institutes), and local hiring campaigns.
6. Candidate Management
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for role suitability, attitude, and service orientation.
• Manage candidate communication and offer roll-out.
7. Data & Reporting
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring metrics, and candidate databases.
• Provide regular hiring reports to HR leadership.
8. Employer Branding
• Represent company’s culture and employer value proposition during recruitment drives and interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in blue-collar / frontline hiring.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant chains, QSR, retail, facility management, or similar industries is preferred.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in bulk / mass hiring
• Knowledge of blue-collar recruitment channels
• Good stakeholder management

Preferred Background

Responsibilities
-Blog on an ongoing basis to grow organic traffic through search, social, and our email subscribers.
-Pitch interesting, fun and relevant blog articles to create engaging wholesome content to sell our experiences.
-Research, pitch, write and edit scripts for videos. Develop scripts to engage the audience - write in a style that is informative, yet conversational and easy-to-understand.
-Craft engaging copy for all user communication including emails and social media.
-Learn and follow full stack writing - what to write; writing for search engines; distribution and feedback loops to help evolve the playbook.
-Become a part of the ongoing mission to grow organic as a channel 100% every 3 months over the next year.

-You have 1-3 years of relevant experience writing blogs or any other type of long form content and/or scripts for YouTube videos.

• 8 - 15 years of experience building Full Stack applications with a focus on performance and low latency

• Deep exposure to cloud services, preferably Azure

Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in the entire Sales Life Cycle and have ability to market multiple candidates at a time. Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
- Working directly with end clients requirements like Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners.
- Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.
- Searching Requirements on Job boards and submitting the resume.
- Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates.
- Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of placements.
- Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and updating about submission and interviews.
- Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients. Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally close the candidate. Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates. Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct clients. Should be able to manage the complete cycle of Bench sales.
