Requirements:

1. Candidates having exposure to the Cybersecurity/IT/Software Product/SaaS industry will be preferred not mandatory.
2. Developing and managing client portfolios.
3. Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience.
4. Hold product demonstrations for customers & improve onboarding processes.
5. Mediate between clients and the organization to achieve end goals.
6. Handling and resolving customer requests and complaints.
7. We welcome candidates with a range of degrees and backgrounds, though sustained success with a significant volume of analytic and quantitative coursework is required.
8. Any bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Operations Management/Research, MIS, Management Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or Econometrics will be entertained.

Gather requirements by identifying user needs and recommend solution to clients.

Develop user requirement document, functional specification, user guide and training material for solutions.

Act as a liaison between development team and stakeholder throughout the implementation.

Support implementation, user acceptance testing and training activities (when required).

Analyzing, developing and proposing enhancements to current business processes, reports and applications in order to optimize system effectiveness.

Provide support in pre-sales activities with sales and marketing team, activities included analysis on RFP, provide business proposal, conduct system demo.

What you’ll need?

Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree in IT and Business majors preferred.

Prefer a minimum of 2 years’ experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional requirements but fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Must possess good knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), practical understanding of information technology and have the ability to conceptually relate technology to business’ needs.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Retail domain knowledge would be a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will build new features across everything from the backend logic to UI components.
• Working on back-end web development using core PHP/ Laravel framework. 
• You have a good understanding of backend and database technologies. This means that you are comfortable owning and working on a feature end-to-end on both its frontend and backend parts.
• Working on database management and operations using MySQL
• Explore new technologies, new platforms, API integration and development, database development, etc. to help the company build desired product

Requirements -

Preferred Experience:

• 2-3 years of industry experience in software development.

* Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms

* Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team

* Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications

* Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools

* Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API

* Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support

* Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues

* Document the development process, architecture, and standard components

* Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
