
Job Role- Scrum Master
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of overall experience which should include at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, an excellent practical understanding of agile practices, principles, and framework and great people manager. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering successful projects.
What you’ll be doing:
Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects/sprints from initiation through delivery
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and refinements
Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices
Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders for plan and prioritize backlog for upcoming releases and iterations
Manage conflicts and facilitate problem-solving within the Agile teams
Facilitate team progress by addressing and removing any blockers and proactively managing project delivery risks and issues
Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
Monitor team performance, velocity and sprint sizing and identify areas for improvement
What you’ll bring:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and experience in managing large and complex agile projects
Extensive knowledge of Agile project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, and backlog refinement)
Expertise in Scrum & Kanban model
Ability to motivate and inspire team members
Experience working with distributed teams and stakeholders Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, specifically Clickup,Jira and Confluence

Job Summary
A Tech. Lead is responsible for seamless execution of the development plan; by providing optimal and

A Tech. Lead must discuss the approach with TM or an onshore TAand finalize the ETAs.

with the most optimal design patterns / architecture
