Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality management systems.
• Conduct quality audits, analyses, and management to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards and procedures
• Develop and implement checklists for quality documentation and inspection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in renewable energy projects.
• Evaluate the efficiency of existing quality systems and recommend improvements.
• Ensure timely completion of all quality-related tasks within budget constraints.
• Provide technical support to resolve quality-related issues during project execution.
• Oversee and manage high-capacity solar projects as the project head.
• Lead and manage teams efficiently to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
• Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
• Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collaterals and promotional materials.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on buying trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other important data.
• Create detailed proposal documents and deliver presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the [industry].

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Role Overview:

The AI Research Intern will focus on natural language processing (NLP) and working with large language models (LLMs). They will assist in refining and testing the retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system for CopilotGTM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and refining NLP models to answer customer queries.
• Research and implement improvements to minimize hallucinations in the LLM.
• Test RAG model configurations and provide feedback to improve accuracy.
• Work with the engineering team to improve real-time product recommendations and responses.
• Analyze datasets and fine-tune models for specific use cases (e.g., sales, compliance).

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of NLP and familiarity with LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.).
• Basic coding experience in Python.
• Knowledge of data handling, data processing, and model training.
• Problem-solving ability and eagerness to experiment with new techniques.

Preferred:

• Experience with libraries like Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

PHP Developer | App Ringer 

We are looking for a skilled and experienced PHP Laravel Developer to join our team.

Developer to join our back-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing backend components using PHP concepts and Laravel. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving backend performance and documenting our backend codebase.

 Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the development team to discuss backend applications. 
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing backend code using PHP workflows.
• Wordpress knowledge is a plus.
• Developing and implementing backend architecture to build scalable systems and applications.
• Monitoring and improving back-end performance.
• Documenting backend changes and developing updates.

Requirements:

• You have at-least 3 years of experience crafting robust, high-scale, distributed systems in         production environments. 
• You are passionate about leading initiatives and collaborating across Data Science, Design, Engineering and Product teams. 
• You are a strong coder with an eye for using the right algorithms and data structures for the problem at hand. 
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in a large distributed infrastructure. 
• You are proficient with RESTful API design and implementation using PHP. 
• Proficiency in relational (MySQL, Cloud Spanner etc.) and non-relational (Google Cloud Firestore etc.) databases.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good project management skills.
