Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations Support Executive to manage order processing, supplier coordination, and customer support. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in operations and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Order and Fulfillment Management
• Handle 20–50 orders per day through our backend (Magento)
• Verify supplier stock status and ensure order confirmation within 24 hours
• Manage order lifecycle: from order creation to shipment tracking and delivery confirmation
• Shipping and Logistics Coordination
• Follow up on shipment status with suppliers and courier partners daily
• Maintain accurate shipping records and update customers on ETA or delays
• Escalate and resolve delivery exceptions and backorders proactively
• Supplier and Customer Interaction
• Communicate with 10–15 suppliers and 5–10 customers daily via email and phone
• Track and resolve operational issues raised by customers or suppliers 
• Collect shipping documentation, return updates, and dispute resolutions
• Technology and Tools
• GPT for communication and translation
• Business tools such as Magento, Google Sheets/Excel, 
• Regularly update product and order data with high accuracy
• Participate in internal process automation and tool testing as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations support, logistics, or backend e-commerce
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to handle multi-party coordination and resolve issues independently
• Skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters)
• Hands-on experience with tools like Magento, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is a plus
• Strong interest in technology comfortable learning new tools and systems
• Ability to document processes and work in a structured, accountable way

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in  e-commerce 
• Familiarity with order management systems and supply chain processes
• Basic understanding of procurement or logistics workflows

What Will Be My Role & Responsibilities?

Primary responsibilities include:
• Generate B2B sales leads and nurture them, while tracking conversion rates, timelines, cost of leads, etc.
• Be an expert user of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Hunter, Owler, Zoominfo, Mailchimp, GetProspect, ZeroBounce, Funnelbake, Pipedrive, Hubspot, Intercom, Drift, etc. for company analysis and lead generation
• Use Internet research to develop company & contact lists, curate email databases, CXO lists, etc.
• Measure, track & improve RoI on investments in lead generation initiatives
• Be passionate about using the latest & best marketing automation & lead generation tools
