Translate business objectives and user feedback into specs that leave zero room for ambiguity, complete with detailed user stories, workflow diagrams, and strict acceptance criteria.
Gap Analysis & Requirements Engineering
Proactively hunt for functional gaps, logical flaws, and edge cases in proposed features. Conduct rigorous root-cause analysis on requirement mismatches and clarify cross-system dependencies. You identify what is missing from a spec before engineering even looks at it.
Stakeholder & Business Alignment
Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams. Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, extract unstated assumptions, and translate complex financial and wealth management workflows into structured functional specifications.
Process & Workflow Mapping
