Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's financial operations, including but not limited to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
• Perform thorough financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making processes by providing financial insights and guidance.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices to ensure adherence and relevance.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in a corporate setting or public accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation laws.
• Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

This Android app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. Android programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven software development experience and Android skills development
• Proven working experience in Android app development and have published at least one original Android app
• Experience with Android SDK
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

• Experience implementing BonitaSoft as the business process management tool for the client.
• Strong UI knowledge in Angular JS, Jquery
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 concepts

Key Responsibilities :

• Create an action plan to seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, and initiate an action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
• Take accountability for the qualified leads, and see it through the sales funnel which includes site visits, OBM, client meetings etc. to achieve the sales target
• Curate prospective buyers and move customers through the sales funnel and cycle
• Build and maintain a productive and cooperative relationship with the clients
• Coordinate with Marketing Department to organize marketing and advertising events.

Required Skill-set

• Graduate from any field with 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Should have excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Track record of over-achieving sales target and a target-driven attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, open to travel and take up new challenges

• 0-2 years of software experience in front-end mobile/web app development
• Good understanding of concurrency and multithreading
• Full Stack development experience building data, logic tier and user experience software
• Exposure to Android SDK (experience in AndroidTV framework will be a plus)
• Knowledge of REST, JSON, MQTT, Databases, Networking technologies
• React | React Native, Multi-platform exposure is a plus
• Experience with Agile development processes is a plus
