In the profile, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning of technology projects, managing our team of IT professionals, interacting with clients and architecting solutions to meet their requirements and the execution of all technology-related tasks and initiatives.
The successful candidate will also be the liaison with our teams in Hyderabad and US/Canada in order to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities include building project plans, allocating tasks, and setting milestones, and overseeing project execution.
- Create & manage project plans
- Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives
- Help project team with the design and development of tasks
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution
- Monitor and manage scope alongwith documentation Manage all documentation
- Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
Key requirements
- B.Tech in Computer Applications, IT, MCA or related field is a must
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in managing teams
- Clear thought process, planning and forecasting skills will be required
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience of working with a digital agency/IT Services firm is a +
- Experience of US/North America projects in addition to India is a +

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct demographic analysis to identify potential high-traffic areas.
• Analyze foot traffic patterns, competition, and consumer behavior in various
locations.
• Utilize data analytics tools to assess the profitability of potential locations.
Location Scouting:
• Visit and inspect potential locations such as large office buildings, corporate parks,
IT/ITES Parks, universities etc.
• Identify areas within location where vending machines can meet consumer and
brand needs.
• Assess the accessibility, security, and visibility of proposed locations.
Negotiation & Relationship Management:
• Negotiate placement agreements with facility managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with site owners to secure long-term contracts.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to finalize agreements.
Compliance & Permits:
• Ensure all placements comply with local regulations and zoning laws.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses for vending machine installation.
Reporting & Optimization:
• Provide regular reports on location performance and market trends.
