Zscaler Expertise:
· Design, implement, and manage Zscaler Proxy, ZIA, and ZPA solutions.
· Configuration and monitoring of Zscaler components to ensure optimal performance and security.
Firewall Management:
· Design, implement, and manage Firewalls, with a focus on Palo Alto and Fortinet.
· Ensure the configuration and monitoring of Firewalls meet the organization's security requirements.
Technology Transition:
· Handle seamless transitions of technology implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
· Work on comprehensive documentation of technology transitions, processes, and configurations.
Documentation:
· Create and maintain detailed documentation related to Zscaler and Firewall configurations.
· Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Zscaler and Firewall management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
· Proven experience of 7 to 14 years in Zscaler implementation and management.
· Solid experience in designing, configuring, and monitoring Firewalls, particularly Palo Alto and Fortinet.

The Sr. Generative AI Engineer will architect, design and develop new and existing GenAI solutions for the organization.
