Key Responsibilities :
Design and Development : Develop robust and scalable robotic applications
using ROS2. Implement software for various robotic systems, ensuring high
performance and reliability.
Hand-on with developing ROS2 nodes, Services/Clients, Publishers/Subscriber.
Lead and develop path/motion planning algorithms that include route planning,
trajectory optimization, decision making, and open space planning. Good
understandings of Robot dynamics, kinematics and modeling.
System Integration : Integrate sensors, actuators, and other hardware
components with robotic systems. Ensure seamless communication between
hardware and software layers. Experienced on integration with perception
sensors such as IMU, GPS, Stereo Cameras, Lidar, Radar, and various other
sensors.
URDF Modeling : Create and maintain accurate URDF models for robotic
systems. Ensure models accurately represent the physical configuration and
kinematics of the robots.
Algorithm Implementation : Implement and optimize algorithms for perception,
localization, mapping, navigation, and control.
What You Will Do
- Acquisition strategy: Identify and strategise the next set of cohorts and channels that we need to unlock. This is going to set the roadmap of the pod and effectively unlock new opportunities for activation improvements
- Drive Initiatives: Liaise with internal team members and also with Product, Analytics, Creatives, etc., to drive solutions, scale-up, and achieve efficiency improvement in performance campaigns
- Performance Management: Identify issues which impact CPI and incoming user quality and RCA
- Strong understanding of data - we are a data driven organization, and measure outcomes closely through internal metrics. You will be working closely with the Analytics team across problem discovery, solutioning, execution and measurement
What Will You Need
- Bachelor's / MBA degree in any discipline from a top-tier college – MBA is preferable
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing strategy / Growth in a high-growth startup, or strategy consulting firm
- Structured problem-solving with good communication skills
- Data-driven with good Excel skills. Proven ability to take up high ownership
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (within the company)
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills and solving challenging problems
- Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java/Golang and intuitive frontend interfaces using React.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work with backend developers, frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues in both backend and frontend components.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full stack development.
Job Description
Build and maintain bots on Azure platform. Integration with Active directory, WEB API based integration with external systems. Training and Integrate bots as per users’ requirements. Work in line with design guidelines, best practices and standards of bot deliverable. Creative approach to the conversation flow design, human aspects in the bot responses and sentiments
Qualifications
- a) 5 years of experience in software development with clear understanding of the project life cycle
b) Min 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Bot Framework , LUIS and other Cognitive services offered by Azure
c) Hands on experience with Machine Learning based chat bots
d) Experience with Azure bot services like Text Analytics etc.
e)Strong database skills and hands-on experience on databases like SQL Server/Oracle - f) Strong experience on Azure Active directory and adaptive cards integration in Chat bot.
- g) Strong experience designing and working with
with service-oriented architectures (SOA) and WebAPIs.
- h) A strong experience on Microsoft Azure, ASPNET / MVC and programming languages such as C# / VBNET
- i) Knowledge of Python and NodeJS is a plus
- j) Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
- k) Experience with JQuery, CSS3, HTML5 or similar technologies.
- l) Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
- Experience with tracking and improving critical KPIs on a dashboard.
- Content is going to be a huge part of our marketing efforts. Having experience in driving relevant traffic from content and measuring conversion and ROI from it is required.
- Strong understanding of how to drive relevant traffic from channels like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, search – both organic and paid.
- Practical experience with email marketing is a must. Proficiency with marketing tools & technologies like email automation, landing page design and instrumentation, and A/B testing are a must.
- Strong sense of product as you’ll be a key influencer in how the product shapes over time.
- Creative thinker, story-teller and problem solver with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree is required.
- Hands on experience in the eCommerce domain, especially on the seller side.
- Understand how to build and nurture a community of users, advocates and influencers and use this to amplify the word of mouth for the product.
- Exceptional writing skills, ability to edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar and accuracy.
- Hands on experience or comfortable with any or all of the following: SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or programming in any language is a strong plus.
- Any experience with data sciences and analytics, R or python.
- Knowledge of or experience with UI/UX, graphics design or product management.
- US education is a strong plus. All customers are in the US to having spent time there and cultural familiarity is helpful.
