MANDATORY - Willing to work in the US time zone (~4 am IST) on weekdays (Mon-Fri) because the majority of our clients are based in the US. You have flexibility on when you want to start your day in the afternoon (IST), or take breaks (e.g. family time, gym etc). This role will require you to stretch outside your comfort zone.

Sales & Financial Counsellor – IVF (Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida/Ghaziabad)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Counselling:

Provide face-to-face financial counselling to patients, helping them understand the costs involved in IVF treatment and offering customized payment plans.

Conversion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our IVF packages to potential patients, with the goal of converting inquiries into confirmed treatment plans.

Patient Grievance Handling: Address and resolve patient grievances promptly, ensuring patient satisfaction throughout their journey with us.

Patient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their treatment process.

Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience and address any financial or administrative concerns.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial counselling, preferably in a healthcare or IVF setting.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and empathetic manner.

Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales or counselling roles, with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to handle patient grievances and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

Empathy: A caring and empathetic approach towards patients, understanding their emotional and financial concerns.

The role of the Ui/Ux Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and even magical. You’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for the first-time user to the sophisticated expert. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. • Can write test cases for - Unit level, Functional and Integration testing, Load testing.
