Title : Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced product designer to create exceptional user experiences. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating these insights into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. You will design the overall functionality of the product and iterate on it to ensure an optimal user experience. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for clean and artful design, superior UI skills, and the ability to transform high-level requirements into intuitive and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

* Conceptualize original ideas that simplify and enhance user experience.

* Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating mockups for digital products.

* Design and deliver storyboards, user flows, user stories, user journeys, process flows, and sitemaps optimized for various devices and interfaces.

* Collaborate with product management, engineering, clients, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product’s direction, visuals, and experience.

* Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly test and iterate designs, and gather feedback from users and teams.

* Present and explain design decisions and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

* Organize and refine resources, ensuring project improvements.

* Oversee all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring consistency in design and communication.

* Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for core and new features.

* Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

* Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

 Requirements:

* Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio. Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments is preferred.

* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, and UX software like InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.

* Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.

* Knowledge of UX design best practices, mobile-first and responsive design, testing methodologies, usability, and accessibility concerns.

* Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies.

* Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.

Software Engineer – Tech Lead

Requirements

• 6+ yrs of exposure in the art of writing code and solving problems on large scale.
• Should be language agnostic, with extensive and expert programming experience in any one programming language (strong OO skills preferred).
• Deep experience in at least one general programming language. Preferred (Java,Scala, C++)
• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures,

algorithms, and software design.

• Worked end to end on 2-3 complex projects
• Worked in startup like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment
• Experience in building highly scalable business applications, which involve implementing

large complex business flows and dealing with huge amount of data.

• Extensive experience on working with distributed technologies like Kafka, MongoDb,

• BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field.

• Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns including vanilla JavaScript, some experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Webpack, and Typescript or similar library/tools.

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. • Become a subject matter expert in the mobile channel.
• Design and deliver high quality mobile applications
• Review and approve all mid-level design documentation.
• Ensure that detail design documentation is competed, reviewed, and approved, as required.
• Conduct or participate in code review sessions to ensure quality and performance.
• Support the system integration and user acceptance testing resources. Provide timely defect analysis, remediation, and reporting.
• Review security testing reports/results and remediate potential vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
