Role Overview

We are looking for strong React + NodeJS Developers with AI-Generated Code Experience who can independently deliver high-quality code, follow best development practices, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who adapts quickly, understands modern engineering practices, and can work effectively with AI-assisted development workflows.

Key Expectations:

Strong hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, state management, component design).

Practical experience with Node.js and building scalable backend APIs.

Solid understanding of standard development practices and commonly used design patterns, with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.

Comfortable working with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor AI, CodeWhisperer, Tabnine, etc. ) as part of the daily workflow.

Ability to generate initial code drafts using AI and then review, refine, and restructure them into clean, composable, and maintainable components or modules.

Strong skills in refactoring, debugging, and improving AI-generated outputs for readability, performance, and production readiness.

Alignment with vibe coding expectationsusing AI as an accelerator while ensuring the final code meets high engineering and production-quality standards.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3 API Integration. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring a high level of collaboration and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js & Next.js .

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in JavaScript.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design wireframes into functional components.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent behavior across devices.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high code quality.

Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and front-end technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in frontend development.

Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js

Strong coding and debugging skills in JavaScript (ES6+)

Good understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and state management

Experience in API integration and handling asynchronous data flow

Focus on performance optimization and responsive UI design.

• Work with the team to configure, code, develop, unit test and deliver software with quality 
• Configure, develop, and unit test software components using Adobe API Mesh and App Builder

Job Description:

• Should have knowledge and created forms using Django. Crispy forms is a plus point.
• Must have leadership experience

• Django – at least one senior with deep Django experience. The other 1 or 2 can be mid to senior python or Django

• Easy, proven to deployment / setup to AWS, GCP.
• Load balancing, more advanced services, task queues, etc.

Title : Java Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with Java development.
