
As a Website Development Executive – Support Side, you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting websites post-launch. This includes managing website updates, resolving support tickets, developing and integrating chatbot functionalities, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.
Your primary duties will include:
● Monitor and manage website support tasks post-launch, ensuring timely resolution of issues and updates.
● Attend client calls, including occasional night-time calls based on US time zones, to gather feedback and clarify requests.
● Implement content and design changes across various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
● Develop and configure chatbots for client websites, ensuring smooth user experience and alignment with business goals.
● Collaborate with design, tech, and SEO teams to address cross-functional support needs.
● Perform routine website maintenance, content updates, page optimization, and bug fixes.
● Test website functionality, responsiveness, and design consistency before and after updates.

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree (Any Field), Web Design, or related field.
● Proven experience in website operations, maintenance, or technical support, with a strong understanding of web technologies and protocols.
● Working knowledge of website CMS platforms like WordPress and Webflow.
● Understanding of chatbot flows and ability to configure basic chatbot logic.
● Willingness to attend late evening/night calls as required for clients.
● Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Eagerness to learn, adapt to new tools, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
