We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Solutions Specialist to grow our South APAC team, with solid experience or deep interest in the Ad Tech industry and a real passion for helping clients achieve their marketing goals.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in mobile app development,usage or customization. The person must thrive in a start-up environment, eager to deliver consistently in an evolving product landscape.

What You'll Do

Understanding of Criteo products’ integration flows from a technical and sales perspective

Work with the internal stakeholders in Criteo to understand client business objectives

Providing feedback to our internal and/or client’s engineering team

Be responsible and have ownership for the designed end to end solution’s projects

Act as a Subject matter expert on App related queries

Who You Are
-
Engineering background with a computer science related degree
-
Fluent in spoken & written English
-
Experience with ad technology is a strong advantage, though not mandatory
-
Experience in developing or reviewing/debugging code for mobile apps, ideally on both iOS and Android
-
Experience with development and/or debugging MMP partner SDK's like AppsFlyer, Branch etc. will be a big plus

Other web programming languages is a plus (JavaScript, HTML, …)

Technical Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated people manager with solid experience or deep interest in the Ad Tech industry and a real passion for helping the team to grow.
The Technical Solutions Specialist team is responsible for providing a high level of support for the most complex task the local technical solution can face especially on COA (Criteo Offsite Ads), In-app, and security topics. Solutions engineers are experts in the inner workings of Criteo's best-in-class technology – they have the ability to easily guide a technical integration and are comfortable with communicating directly with clients.
You will lead the Specialist team and make sure to provide state-of-the-art support for all of our partners in the APAC market. This mission will be done by collaborating closely with the rest of the APAC Technical Solutions organization.
You will also partner with the Global teams to voice APAC specificities and with the internal escalations team to execute successfully on your mission.
For this role, Criteo is looking for a talented leader who will be able to autonomously guide, mentor, and grow the Specialist Technical Solution team. This ideal candidate will have finely tuned communication skills, search for creative solutions, an excellent business instinct, and the ability to work outside their comfort zone to push the business forward.
What You’ll Do
The team
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Technical Solutions Specialists and empower them to perform their duties in every situation.
- Raise the bar and further develop the strong team spirit and each unique and special individual of the team.
- Mentor and develop the team, ensuring their happiness and career growth over time
- Maintain high-level technical knowledge of Criteo solutions and future product direction.
- Support the business to ensure client/partner technical requirements and timelines are met.
- Ensure the most efficient task distribution within the team, and make sure the team has the tools and training to do their job effectively.
- Develop strong collaborative partnerships with the Technical Solutions Leads in the APAC.
- Support in hiring team members and be responsible for successful onboarding them.
- Streamline the team’s activity through the implementation of scalable processes, and the development of efficient investigation frameworks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement effort on Criteo Technical guidelines & processes to deliver improvements
- Report activities and performances to your manager on a regular basis.
The KPIS
- Be the arbiter of quality work in the team
- Focus on driving our core KPIs (Reduce ticket resolution times and handle optimization & support ticket volumes)

Who You Are
- Degree in computer science or technology-related degree.
- Fluent in English, both spoken & written.
- 4+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in the Ad Tech or e-commerce industry.
- 2 years of people management experience.
- Strong leadership skills, can unite a team around common goals, and enjoy proactively sharing knowledge and teaching others.
- Excellent attention to detail and value of a long-term approach over short-term shortcuts.
- Thrive in collaboration and love working as a group with your team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of interlocutors.
- Problem-solving and being comfortable with ambiguity in a fast pace environment
- You have a background in working with HTML, Javascript languages as well as APIs.

About the role
Criteo is in search of an organized self-motivated Account Strategist, India to join our Account Strategy team in India, Gurgaon. You will act as consultants to advertisers suggesting strategies to attain their objectives and working cross-functionally with multiple teams at Criteo to implement the same. You would also be responsible to retain and grow advertiser revenue with Criteo through effective optimization and upsell of Criteo's suite of products, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-level strategic account management to advertisers to ensure retention and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients establishing yourself as a trusted consultant at all levels, including C-level.
- Advice on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices.
- Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue and margin.
- Aggressively grow revenue and track retention of clients and/or agencies, negotiating additional budgets along with upselling new Criteo products.
- Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPIs to identify personalized solutions on a client level and make sure client goals are reached (ROI, ROAS, Revenue).
- Create personalized decks and presentations to drive quarterly review meetings with the Client team.
- Maintenance of data integrity with in-house sales tools.
- Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo’s service.
- Encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo’s products and services.
Requirements
- Graduate with 4-8 years of proven experience in digital advertising
- Direct client relationship management within the Indian market would be an advantage
- Demonstrated track record of success and ownership in role
- Ability to assess and resolve problems with a can-do attitude
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
