About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Solutions Specialist to grow our South APAC team, with solid experience or deep interest in the Ad Tech industry and a real passion for helping clients achieve their marketing goals.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in mobile app development,usage or customization. The person must thrive in a start-up environment, eager to deliver consistently in an evolving product landscape.

What You'll Do

Understanding of Criteo products’ integration flows from a technical and sales perspective

Work with the internal stakeholders in Criteo to understand client business objectives

Providing feedback to our internal and/or client’s engineering team

Be responsible and have ownership for the designed end to end solution’s projects

Act as a Subject matter expert on App related queries

Leverages technical knowledge of products to meet customer needs

Proactive development of tools and solutions that will have an impact on our campaign performance or set up to support the growth of our South APAC team

Who You Are
-
Engineering background with a computer science related degree
-
Fluent in spoken & written English
-
Experience with ad technology is a strong advantage, though not mandatory
-
Experience in developing or reviewing/debugging code for mobile apps, ideally on both iOS and Android
-
Experience with development and/or debugging MMP partner SDK's like AppsFlyer, Branch etc. will be a big plus

Other web programming languages is a plus (JavaScript, HTML, …)

Objectives:
1. Experience in Social Media Hiring and Boolean/String Searches & Talent Mapping
2. Updating candidate records and job postings in Applicant Tracking Systems.&
coordinating interview drives on a specified date
3. Regular meeting with the Hiring Managers to discuss the details about the

Key Responsibilities
- Build Products for Factories that help them in improving their Customer Retention on the Platform
- Drive the Customer Retention Metric both at a Platform and at the Factory Level
- Improve Product Discovery on the Retailer App to enhance new retailer Acquisitions for factories
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for the growth of Factory
- Distribution product, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective

Key requirements:
- Engineering or an MBA graduate from a reputed university
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer and/or b2b startups that have attained scale

- Understands core technologies utilised in their product domain and is fluent in pros and cons of technical alternatives
- Good understanding of acquisition and retention funnels

- Hands-on experience of both qualitative and quantitative research methods such as AB testing, data analytics, and user research
