Test Engineer

Education Qualification: B.Tech / MCA

Experience: 3+ Years (Manual Testing – Temples knowledge is preferable)

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Prepare test cases and test scenarios.

 Perform functional and regression testing.

 Identify document and track defects.

 Support UAT and production validation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payment collection.
• Follow up with clients/customers via phone, email, and letters regarding outstanding dues.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and payment status.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Prepare recovery status reports and highlight overdue accounts to management.
• Recommend action plans for delinquent accounts and assist in initiating legal recovery, if required.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Core Java (J2SE) and J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful services and API design is a must.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture is a must.
• Knowledge of design patterns is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Exception handling and logging mechanism is a must.
• Agile scrum participation experience. Work experience with several agile teams on an application built with microservices and event-based architectures to be deployed in hybrid (on-prem/cloud) environments.
• Good knowledge of Spring framework (MVC, Cloud, Data and Security. Etc) and ORM framework like JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience in managing the Source Code Base through Version Control tools like SVN, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

² Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.

² Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional code.

² Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

² Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

² Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

² Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance.

² Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our tech stack remains cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

² Current SDE 3 designation or equivalent experience in a senior development role.

² 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies, particularly React.

² Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices.

² Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and routing solutions.

² Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).

² Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and test-driven development (TDD).

² Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

Media Planning Executives are responsible for analyzing data, thinking creatively and dreaming up innovative strategies to make sure marketing campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible. Armed with this critical analysis, media planning executives devise, propose, or recommend strategies for using certain media effectively to attract and retain customers, increase brand recognition, and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Some of the things we’d like you to do:

● Creation of tactical plan presentation and supporting media plan templates
● Creation of campaign analysis plan 
● Oversee the successful launch of campaigns 
● Maintain accuracy and timely updates of deliverable tracking documents for team
● Collate commentary on media performance and conduct first review on quality
● Adherence to team quality standard for reporting template and delivery
● Keep consistent track of campaign performance and target (monthly) across all channels, flagging needs for intervention
● Use understanding of campaign and marketplace to contribute ideas for campaign experiments and also prioritize experiments
● Manage accurate forecasts, media plans, and all key media planning documentation

A bit about yourself:

● At least 2-3 years of experience in Tradional media advertising
● Working knowledge and effective vocabulary across Offline & Online 
● Experience with Media Research Tools (Comscore, GWI, TGI)
● Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multitask.
● Proven problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box
● Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
● Detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong reasoning skills

• 5-8 years of overall professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX Functional.
• Should have minimum 2-3 implementations on D365 Finance and operations for a Global organization.
