Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Zoho products and implementation services.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and partner networks.
• Conduct product demos, client consultations, and needs assessments to identify the right Zoho solutions for each client.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to create proposals, pricing plans, and customized packages.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up diligently on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Stay up to date with Zoho product updates, new releases, and implementation capabilities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or software sales (Zoho experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented — willing to “do what it takes” to close deals.
• Ability to understand client pain points and map them to Zoho solutions.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in client acquisition and sales within the financial services industry, preferably in FX trading.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field. 
• Minimum 3+ years of UI/Frontend development and a strong understanding of building complex layouts using JavaScript, CSS and HTML.

KEY SKILLS

• Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns including vanilla JavaScript, some experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Webpack, and Typescript or similar library/tools.
• Obsessed with WPO (Web Performance Optimization) and web/mobile performance analysis.
• Experienced with web standards and protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and socket APIs in general.
• Familiar with web security, SEO, accessibility and internationalization.

• Reviewing and Shortlisting of Profiles from employment portals, networking sites, referencing networking, and job search

• Conduct Preliminary interviews, telephonic interviews, and candidate shortlisting
• For accessing passive prospective prospects, effectively utilizing one's own network, building a database, digital platforms, and referrals
• Examine the candidate's abilities, knowledge of various technologies, and essential responsibilities.
• Schedule in-person and telephonic rounds of interviews, complete technical testing, and stay in touch with prospects until they are recruited.
• Maintaining professional connections with all parties involved is essential (Ops. Managers, HR Managers, Team Members, candidates, etc.)
• Working with Hiring Managers on a regular basis to ensure that sourcing timelines are reached.
• Identify new strategies for sourcing candidates and creating new leads using the technique.
• Good understanding of keywords and how to use them when looking for resumes.
• Maintain communication with the candidates who have been given positions until they have accepted them, and so on.
• Keeping track of the recruitment database and reporting to the HOD on a frequent basis as needed. There will be a greater emphasis on employee retention and lower employee turnover.
• Finding individuals who are qualified for the job based on the job description provided.
