We are seeking a talented UX/UI Craftsperson with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience from end to end. You should be excited about crafting a great user experience and be open-minded with an unquenchable thirst for new approaches and solutions. 

What You’ll Be Doing 💼 

• Designing and prototyping user interfaces for web and mobile applications, considering user needs and business objectives. 
• Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions. 
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs. 
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively. 
• Optimizing designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes. 
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and development. 
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

Must Have: 

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. 
• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. 
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Slack). 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and handle client interactions. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. 
• Demonstrable UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolio (Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered). 

Requirements

• Previous experience in developing MEAN stacks
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Restify, and related technologies
• Database management and server-side programming expertise
• Knowledge of testing procedures, design principles, and frameworks for web development
• Understanding of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and Material Design, as well as HTML and CSS
• The ability to design both front-end and back-end process
• The capacity for teamwork and effective communication
• Knowledge of version control (SVM, Git)
• Consumer web development experience for high traffic, Public Facing web applications

We are hiring Magento Architect.

• Building Single Page Applications (SPAs) with Angular JavaScript coding
• Designing and developing user interfaces using angularJS best practices.
• Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
• Writing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Developing product analysis tasks.
• Making complex technical and design decisions for AngularJS projects.
• Developing application codes and unit tests in AngularJS, Java Technologies, and Rest Web Services.

• Should be able to handle softwares like Illustrator & Photoshop for creating / resizing layouts, and image editing.

• Understanding specifications such as dimensions, colour codes & resolution of images if required for print.
