Title: Senior Project Manager

Academics: A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field. Any relevant project management related experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to successful completion. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Utilize your expertise in React, Node, and AWS to provide technical guidance and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management strategies and contingency plans.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Monitor and control project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong proficiency in React, Node, and AWS, with a solid understanding of their integration and deployment in project environments.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, including successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
• Excellent business acumen, with the ability to understand and align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Exceptional self-management and team-management skills, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability.

We are hiring an SAP PP Consultant to manage and support Production Planning (PP) processes including MRP, BOM, routing, capacity planning, and production orders. The role includes configuration, integration, and user support.

Experience with load testing and profiling tools such as Java Selenium, Cucumber & postman.  

∙Hands on Experience in Rest Assured & API Testing  

∙Work with various development teams to ensure SLA of their core APIs are tracked and maintained release 

over release. 

∙Proficiency in building performance analysis tools, custom dashboards and framework development using 

open-source tools. 

∙Metrics analysis for continuous performance improvement. 

∙Developing and maintaining test design, test plan documents and interface specifications​. 

∙Experience in working on projects with AGILE/SCRUM methodology. 

∙Good understanding of Performance test Design and experience in preparing Test Plan and effort estimation 

∙Monitoring of various server resources like DB connection pools, Threads, JMS queues/topics/modules etc. 

∙Write scripts to automate test various services and scenarios. 

Job Purpose and Impact:

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Engineering Supervisor will lead a small engineering team across technology and business capabilities to build and enhance modern business applications for ERP systems in the company. In this role, you will guide team in product development, architecture and technology adherence to ensure delivered solutions are secure and scalable. You will also lead team development and cross team relationships and delivery to advance the company's engineering delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead a team of engineering professionals that design, develop, deploy and enhance the new and existing software solutions.
• Provide direction to the team to build highly scalable and resilient software products and platforms to support business needs.
• Provide input and guidance to the delivery team across technology and business capabilities to accomplish team deliverables.
• Provide support to software engineers dedicated to products in other portfolios within ERP teams.
• Partner with the engineering community to coach engineers, share relevant technical approaches, identify new trends, modern skills and present code methodologies.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Confirmed hands on technical experience with technologies including cloud, software development and continuous integration and continuous delivery
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience leading engineers in the area of ERP basis, Code Development (ABAP, HTML 5, Python, Java, etc..), or Design Thinking.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with one or more BI Reporting tools as Analyst/Developer.
• Knowledge of data mining techniques and procedures and knowing when their use is appropriate
• Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
