We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. You will play a key role in crafting informative and engaging content that educates our target audience on relevant legal, tax, and compliance topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Conduct audience research to understand target demographics, interests, and social media behavior.
• Create high-quality, informative, and engaging content (text, graphics, videos) on legal, tax, and compliance topics in an easily digestible format for social media consumption.
• Manage and maintain our presence on various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
• Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (JD preferred).
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
• Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of legal, tax, and compliance terminology (a plus).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling and informative content in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
• Proficiency in social media marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret social media data.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1) Writing blogs, articles and press releases by co-ordinating directly with the Technical/SEO team.

2) Writing / Proof-reading corporate website content for US and UK based clients.

3) Preparing documentation, user manual and technical documentation for several IT projects related to Magento,WordPress,WooCommerce,Shopify etc.

4) Preparing Content for Social Media Promotion.

 Responsibilities for Content Writer

• Research and analyze top SEO content topics 
• QC content to ensure it is free of grammatical or factual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency.
• Research and write long-form content on various relevant topics
• Publish content on various platforms and analyze traffic performance
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing with a focus on content
• Write attractive Blogs, Articles and Comments.
• Plan and execute various SEO tasks

• Writing website product descriptions
• Coming up with social media captions
• Writing weekly blogs
• Managing all kinds of social media activities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in content writing
• Experience working in an ecommerce setup preferred    

• A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.

• 1- 3 years of experience in technical writing

• coordination and collaboration with the internal teams and concered stakeholders

• As a Content Writer, the candidate will work on devising strategies for content creation to create one of the largest doubts solving platform
• Identify areas to improve, define metrics to measure and monitor content creation activities and build end-to-end reporting solutions which help leaders
• keep a close on content creation, along with using project management tools, essential documentation, and necessary reporting
• The candidate will also work closely with internal business teams to extract or mine information from our existing content systems to create new mappings to further improve content consumption on the platform
• The candidate will also work on designing creative teaching methodologies and strategic interventions to personalize the experience of learning while focusing on efficient outcomes
• The candidate will work on creating Guidelines and set processes for zero- error content creation, and setting QA/review processes
• Planning and managing creative content production pipeline using project management tools, essential documentation and necessary reporting
