Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced WalkMe Developer to design, develop, and maintain digital adoption solutions that enhance user experience across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in the WalkMe platform, digital workflow automation, user guidance creation, and application adoption strategies.
The role involves building guided experiences such as Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, and Surveys to improve user engagement, reduce support dependency, and increase adoption of key business applications and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure WalkMe digital adoption solutions across enterprise applications
- Develop Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, Surveys, and automation workflows
- Understand business processes, user pain points, and application usage challenges
- Translate business and process requirements into intuitive in-app guidance workflows
- Work closely with business users, product teams, training teams, UX teams, and application stakeholders
- Perform testing and validation across browsers, applications, and multiple user scenarios
- Troubleshoot and debug WalkMe implementations and platform-related issues
- Monitor WalkMe analytics, engagement metrics, and adoption reports
- Recommend enhancements to improve user adoption and process efficiency
- Maintain and optimize existing WalkMe implementations
- Ensure consistency in digital adoption standards and user experience
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with WalkMe platform development and configuration
- Expertise in Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and Surveys
- Good understanding of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser developer tools
- Experience working with enterprise web applications
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Mandatory Requirements
