Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

 Develop and execute sales strategies across Modern Trade, Quick Commerce,

HoReCa, and E-commerce (Amazon) channels.

 Drive Quick Commerce tie-ups (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)

ensuring consistent fill rates, visibility, and on-time delivery.

 Expand and manage Modern Trade business — new tie-ups, branding opportunities,

and store-level execution.

 Acquire and manage HoReCa accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and growth.

 Explore and onboard new retail store tie-ups and distributors to strengthen reach and

market penetration.

 Maintain vertical-wise P&L accountability, ensuring profitability across all sales

channels.

 Ensure payment cycles are monitored and reconciled as per company policy.

E-Commerce & Brand Coordination

 Oversee Amazon listings and catalog management, ensuring all products are correctly

priced, described, and optimized.

 Maintain online hygiene — ensuring accurate inventory, images, descriptions, ratings,

and timely response to customer queries.

 Coordinate with the marketing team for updated creatives, offers, product launches, and

campaign rollouts across digital platforms.

 Identify and execute branding opportunities within partner stores and online

marketplaces.

Team & Operations

 Conduct regular store and market visits to ensure proper visibility, placement, and

compliance.

 Train, mentor, and develop the sales and promoter team to enhance performance and

product knowledge.

 Maintain strong vendor relationships and follow-up for timely supply and collections.

 Collaborate closely with operations for smooth delivery logistics and minimal wastage

(RTC losses).

 Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and category feedback to guide business

strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA / Master’s in Marketing preferred.

 5–7 years of FMCG (Food) sales experience — experience in Modern Trade / E-

commerce / Quick Commerce / HoReCa is essential.

 Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

 Hands-on experience in Amazon / online retail operations preferred.

 Analytical mindset with sound knowledge of market trends, pricing, and brand

visibility strategies.

The AI Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable data pipelines and curated data assets that power machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions in an SLA-driven managed services environment. This role focuses on data ingestion, transformation, governance, and operational reliability across cloud and hybrid environments enabling use cases such as knowledge retrieval (RAG), conversational AI, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted service management. The ideal candidate combines strong data engineering fundamentals with an understanding of AI workload requirements, including quality, lineage, privacy, and performance. 

Key Responsibilities 

•Design, build, and operate production-grade data pipelines that support AI/ML and generative AI workloads in managed services environments 

•Develop curated, analytics-ready datasets and data products to enable model training, grounding, feature generation, and AI search/retrieval 

•Implement data ingestion patterns for structured and unstructured sources (APIs, databases, files, event streams, documents) 

•Build and maintain transformation workflows with strong testing and validation 

•Enable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) by preparing document corpora, chunking strategies, metadata enrichment, and vector indexing patterns 

•Integrate data pipelines with application services 

•Support ITSM and enterprise workflow data needs, including ServiceNow data integration, CMDB/incident data quality improvements, and automation enablement 

•Implement observability for data pipelines (monitoring, alerting, SLAs/SLOs) and perform root cause analysis for pipeline failures or data quality incidents 

•Apply data governance and security best practices 

•Collaborate with ML Engineers, DevOps/SRE, and solution architects to operationalize end-to-end AI solutions 

•Contribute to reusable patterns, templates, and standards within the Bell Techlogix AI Center of Excellence 

Required Qualifications 

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience 

•5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or platform data operations 

•Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with data modeling and dimensional concepts 

•Hands-on experience with Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Storage, Key Vault) or equivalent cloud tooling 

•Experience building reliable pipelines with scheduling, dependency management, and automated testing/validation 

•Experience supporting production data platforms with incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis 

•Understanding of data security, privacy, and governance principles in enterprise environments 

Preferred Qualifications 

•Experience enabling AI/ML workloads: feature engineering, training data preparation, and integration with Azure Machine Learning 

•Experience with unstructured data processing for generative AI 

•Familiarity with vector databases or vector search and RAG patterns 

•Experience with event streaming and messaging 

•Familiarity with ServiceNow data model and integration patterns (Table API, export, CMDB/ITSM reporting) 

•Relevant certifications (Microsoft Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer, Databricks) 

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept to completion. The role requires strong design sensibility, hands-on project management, and excellent client communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, design presentations, and project execution.
• Create detailed design layouts, drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
• Oversee site supervision and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and color palettes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and draftsmen.

• Present and pitch design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred

• Portfolio of completed high-end interior projects.
• Experience in turnkey / design-build projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable and smart design practices.

How many hours are they expected to work? 

• - Full time position ( 40+ hours a week)

•  - Prefer 9-5 EST but there is wiggle room

Will there be nights and weekends? 

• - Nights and weekends are not scheduled, however we are looking for someone that takes pride in their work and will lean in to hit a deadline or to fix a bug if it has a significant impact on the platform.

Should they be expected to lead?

• - Yes, you should be expected to lead and to communicate/ cooperate with other devs as a team. Some coding might be alone but the hope of the app is that it all works seamlessly together and to ensure that there needs to be communication among all devs front end and back end.

Who will they report to?

• - They will report to Product OwnerRob and Product ManagerJulietta daily for standups and well as pushing tasks through the appropriate structure of review, QA, and production. 
• They will also report and check in with Client SuccessCourtney as we look to make the app have a seamless customer experience and customer value. The goal of Attribute should be to try and give as much value as quickly and easily as possible.

Will they work alone or in a team?

• In some spots they might be expected to work alone and on a separate sprint from others, however, everything needs to tie in and work together, because of that the developer must be team oriented in both development and problem solving.
• Additionally, there will be times that they should expect to work with people who are not particularly tech savvy ( ie. sales, marketing, customer success etc.) to collaborate on a specific feature to produce the best thing for the product.

Accountability

• The developer is both accountable for their code and the code of the team. They should take care and responsibility in the work that is done and if there are problems with the code in QA or production work as diligently as possible to fix that problem ( whether it is their code directly or not).
• As part of this all code will be attached from Github to Jira for developers to constantly upload their commits to Jira tasks
• A mistake is completely fine and expected, bugs are to be expected. What is asked is that you report it as soon as possible and are honest about it so that we can move forward in resolving it as soon as possible.

Customer, Usability, and Value Focused

• The end user of our product will be marketing professionals/head of marketing. At all times the developers need to take this into account and spend time thinking of the ease and the use cases that people will utilize their code or features in real life versus what is a way to make something work but in a vacuum. 

Quality focused

• Pushing out code is awesome, but if the code has a ton of bugs and does not do the required action that is practical for the user then it does not matter. We want a developer who is Quality focused and also hold their other developers accountable.

Focused on the whole 

• When producing a feature it is easy to sometime get sucked into how that features works in a vacuum. The developers need to be able to work together and understand the software architecture as a whole in order to make whatever feature they are working on be able to work with the other features that are built within the app ( and will be built or are on the roadmap for the future).

• Developers are expected to work within structures, however, they are always encouraged to take time to think of creative solutions and to collaborate on new features or ways of making the product better.

• Identify & document the Scope of Work (SOW), objectives and any assumptions.

• YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE- 5+ Years of relevant experience managing Digital / IT Projects.
• EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS** - We prioritize skills over degrees but Bachelors/ Masters degree/ diploma/ certification in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science or other relevant fields is a plus. Additional Project Management certifications like PMP/ PMI / PRINCE2 are highly desired.
• SOFTWARE AND APPLICATIONS- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office, and strong experience with project management software like Jira, MS Projects, Click Up, Asana, Wrike, Basecamp etc.
