Job Summary:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Product Support Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering product support to our global clients, ensuring they enjoy a smooth and efficient experience with our product offerings. You will have the chance to interact with customers globally and gain valuable exposure to various regions, including the USA, UK, Europe, Japan, China, Singapore, and India.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• · Lead the setup and execution of POCs for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• · Work closely with internal teams (product, project manager, sales and support) to ensure quality setup which is fully tested and ready for delivery.
• · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and tailor POC solutions that demonstrate the value of AI.
• · Ready to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that arise during the POC phase.
• · Document the observation for product improvement, track the results from POC implementations to showcase the business impact of AI solutions.

Requirements:

We’re looking for a skilled Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in GCP, Spark-Scala, Python, and .NET.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in distributed computing (Spark) and software development.
• 3+ years of experience in Spark-Scala
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Python.
• Fluency in working with databases (preferably Postgres).
• Have a sound understanding of object-oriented programming and development principles.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum or Kanban development environment.

Responsibilities include designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical business systems/application services and modules. • Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer with proven hands-on Software Development experience. We use Java 8

• 6-10 years Java development experience with JSE/JEE, Java-based Micro-services framework and implementation, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SQL etc

• Hands on experience on Spring boot & SPARK Microservices and OSGi specifications

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS

• Strong knowledge of micro-service logging, monitoring, debugging and testing

• Implementations experience of micro-service integration, packaging, build automation and deployment

• At least two years of experience in SOA & Microservices based process applications using BPM (Activiti/JBPM/Camunda)

• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

• Hands-on experience in one of the cloud AWS, Google or Azure.

The candidate is expected to work on 3D Graphics and asset creation for Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality apps for iOS, Android and Hololens. Job includes - starting from understanding of the requirements to develop & deliver 3D data to developers developing the apps. Candidate should have good visualization skills with creative bent of mind. Candidate should have professional experience in producing 3D models and animations using 3DS Max, Maya , Unity 3D, Zbrush and Photoshop for the in-game world. Looking for creative individuals with good design flair.
