Key Responsibilities

-As an early team member, you will get a chance to set the foundations of our engineering

culture. You will help articulate our engineering principles and help set the long-term

roadmap.

-Making decisions on the evolution of Cashflo's technical architecture

-Building new features end to end, from talking to customers to writing code

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

● 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience

● Experience building scalable backend platforms (you've owned & built features from start

to

finish before)

● Thorough knowledge of SDLC

● Extensive knowledge of any of Python, Go, NodeJS

● Expertise on any RDBMS or NoSQL databases

● Understanding of messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka and protocols

● Understands CI/CD pipelines

● Exposure to cloud providers like AWS, GCP or Azure

● Seen extensive scale and understands the evolutionary technical challenges

• 2-5 years of software development experience especially in web development with open source technologies like PHP, Linux, etc.
• Good experience in object-oriented programming/modular programming.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading application design, development, and release process for all new and existing assigned projects.
• Working closely with development teams, management, and designers to build world-class software applications.
• Coordinating the collection, description, analysis, and prioritization of requests for new project functionality and existing applications.
• Documenting and reporting problems, recommending solutions or improvements to project managers.
• Translating design specifications into web or client applications that work well across multiple devices.
• Contributing to design and architecture to meet business requirements.
• Keeping up-to-date on the latest web tools, client-side technologies, standards, and practices.
• Working closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Assisting other developers, and showcasing the ability and desire to estimate tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision in a team environment.

Candidate Qualifications:

• 7+ years of IT experience primarily using .Net Tech Stack.
• Strong experience in MVC, Web Services, Web API, C#, MSSQL, relational databases, and web development.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Angular JS and jQuery.
• Experience with .Net Core (.Net 5.0/6.0) and Azure Cloud.
• Experience in responsive web design techniques.
• Hands-on experience in leading the development of .NET solutions.
• Expertise in OOPs, Design Patterns, and Best Practices.
• End-to-end .NET development experience, and proficiency in implementing enterprise applications based on .Net stacks.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in SaaS platforms is preferred.
