As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in crafting and curating content that resonates with our clients' target audiences. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and

implement creative strategies, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives. You will be responsible for creating engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance our

clients' brand presence and drive engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and

promote brand-focused messages.

● Curate, script, and act in engaging social media content, ensuring it is timely and relevant.

● Work closely with the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure content meets objectives and brand

guidelines.

● Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply best practices to enhance content performance.

● Continuously explore new content formats and creative approaches to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

● Anticipate trends and plan content accordingly to ensure early and impactful delivery.

Roles Requirements:

● Proven experience as a social media content creator, preferably within an advertising agency or similar environment.

● Strong scripting, acting, and basic video editing skills.

● A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative and engaging content ideas.

● Highly proactive with a sense of urgency and the ability to deliver content quickly.

● Ability to adapt to changing trends and client needs.

The Office Administrator is responsible for handling daily administrative and office support activities to ensure smooth business operations. This role involves managing records, coordinating communication, and supporting different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Maintain files, records, and documents (hard copy & digital)
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors
• Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee details

Responsibilities : 

• Provide Voice and Remote terminal support for Level 1/2 backup and restore Issues and submit stars tickets
•  Configuration, Troubleshooting and assisting setup of backup Environment.
• Follow the Alert Management Strategy for category Level 1/2 on various system/server alerts received every day
• First and second level troubleshooting of the backup and restore issues
• Update & Maintain Pertinent technical and Operational Documentation
• Open support cases and work with vendors such as Oracle / IBM and Symantec/Iron Mountain to provide necessary logs/information on issues raised by
• Coordinate fix of H/W issues with vendors on backup servers following Hardware management processes and procedures
• Working with tape library teams on tape management
• Installation and configuration of backup software on servers and clients.
• Checking the failed backups for the day and rerunning them to meet SLA
• Setting up or Assisting in LAB/Dev machine needs for test purpose etc
• Requesting tapes from offsite location to facilitate restore
• Housekeeping of User or System Environment (Ex: work on heavy hitters and try to validate the exclude list etc)
• Work on RPO ( Recovery Point Objective ) and failure reports
• Backup policies and storage media management
• Daily operational checklists
• Notifications to a Group of Users or IT Admins mailing list
• Work on Change management windows
• Generate multiple reports and metrics as required for operations and planning

Technical skills:

1. Working experience in using the any of the design principles MVVM or MVP
2. Experience in using Web Services and SQLite data base
3. Experience in Multithreading  concepts – Rx JAVA
4. Experience in using version control systems like SVN, GIT Hub, Bitbucket etc
5. Experience in using Dependency injection principles in android
6. Experience in using design patterns
7. Experience integration with 3rd party API’s like Facebook, gmail, retrofit, Picasso & 3rd party libraries

Working in SAP S4 EWM/Yard Mgm’t as part of the in conjunction with the CPG Digital Core Project.

• Troubleshooting customer reported issues and assisting users with day-to-day production support in a timely manner

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements; Translating requirements into functional and technical solutions

• Designing and configuring solutions in SAP EWM

• Creating and maintaining functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans and other documentation

• Developing and executing test plans including unit and integration testing and coordination of user acceptance testing

• Working with business SMEs to deliver and support solutions

• Analyzing problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations; Providing SAP thought leadership and SME expertise as needed

• Performing root cause and impact analysis, documentation, and training

Experience & Education required

• Bachelor’s degree in technology related field

• 6-10 years' experience with working in SAP S4 EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

• Functional / technical proficiency with at least 4 years of experience implementing SAP EWM

• Strong hands-on configuration experience

• Good integration knowledge with ECC & S/4 HANA components including logistics and production

• Strong verbal and written communication; Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and innovation

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Experience & Education preferred

• SAP Logistics/Shipments/Deliveries experience

• SAP S/4 HANA experience

• SAP ABAP troubleshooting knowledge
