Position Responsibilities :

Position Overview

Deltek is looking for a Platform Product Management Specialist to support the growth and evolution of Deltek ComputerEase, our industry-leading construction accounting and project management platform. This role is ideal for a technically fluent professional ready to step into product ownership and grow their product management career within a collaborative, global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined area of the ComputerEase platform, serving as the subject matter expert for its capabilities, integrations, and technical dependencies
• Translate technical requirements into clear, well-structured user stories, interface specs, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Partner with engineering leads, architecture teams, and third-party vendors to support platform integration design and delivery
• Document and maintain API specifications, data flows, and integration workflows across the platform
• Collaborate with workflow product managers to ensure platform capabilities align with broader product roadmap priorities
• Triage and prioritize platform issues, working cross-functionally with QA and engineering to drive resolution
• Support the evaluation and onboarding of third-party integrations and offshore development partners

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in a technical role such as business systems analyst, solutions consultant, technical analyst, implementation consultant, software engineer, or QA lead
• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication protocols
• Comfortable reading and interpreting technical designs, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications
• Proven ability to write clear requirements documentation, user stories, and interface specs
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP, construction, or accounting software platforms
• Familiarity with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting or analysis
• Exposure to agile or scrum delivery methodologies
• Prior experience working with or coordinating offshore development teams
• Demonstrated curiosity about product management and a desire to grow into a PM role

Experience: Minimum 5 years in blockchain development

Blockchain Networks: Hyperledger Fabric, Stellar, Solana

Key Skills:

Proficiency in Golang with a minimum of 4 years of experience

Strong understanding of cryptography, resource optimization, and data clustering

Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (CouchDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB preferred)

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GIT)

Key Responsibilities:-

The Information Technology Manager is a proactive and hands-on IT Manager to oversee and evolve our technology infrastructure

· In this role, the Manager will manage all aspects of our IT operations, from maintaining our current tech stack to strategizing and implementing future developments

· This position will ensure that our technology systems are modern, secure, and efficient, aligning IT initiatives with our business goals

· IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute an IT strategy that supports the company's objectives, ensuring scalability and security

· Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all systems, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency in IT operations.

Preferred Skills:-

. Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar security frameworks.

. Experience with advanced firewall configurations and network

architecture.

Requirements

• Overall 2-8 years of software development experience in building web-based and highly scalable applications 

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP, etc. 

• Deep knowledge and development expertise in Core Java and SpringBoot or other equivalent frameworks 

• Strong experience in HTML5 and CSS3 and should have basic experience in JS technologies

• Good knowledge of database concepts, having SQL writing experience, and familiarity with at least one of the relational databases

• Worked in a CI/CD environment with Jenkins

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing, test-driven development, continuous integration, etc is a big plus. 

• Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
