UI Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :
- To  analysis  business requirements, prepare design and implementation recommendations and estimate development effort
-  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Lead or participate in design reviews, code reviews and architecture evolution discussions
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Skills Required :
- Experienced with front end programming language with React JS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with popular React.JS workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, ).
- Candidates with Good Communication Skills.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
 3+ years of full-time frontend software engineering experience
 Experience building frontends for SaaS products (you've owned & built features from start to
finish before)
 Thorough knowledge of SDLC
 Extensive knowledge of React/Angular or similar frameworks.
 Hands-on knowledge of CSS & design systems such as Tailwind, Ant Design, etc.
 Experience writing automated tests
 Been part of teams that have maintained large frontend codebases

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Build complicated Workflow
• Understanding the user persona and deliver slick experience
• Experience in JavaScript (ReactJS / Redux) React Native, HTML, CSS, JQuery, HTTP
• Strong understating of XML, JSON, DOM, and w3c standards
• Providing technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization and support
• Be an Interface with Stockholder sand architects to create technology specifications from business requirements for one or more modules within the project
• Responsible to prepare the technical design of the components within the module (one or more of client/web presentation tier, server tier, data access and data model, integration component, package function customization)
• Proficient in articulating the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or component or design pattern versus another to the clients and project team and drives selection of technologies, designs to come up with the optimal architecture
• Drives the performance tuning, re-design and re-factoring for a module
• Contributes to designing and implementing the build, release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the application
• Implements (hands-on) the module components based on prevailing Framework and Open-source standards & its best practices.
• Mentors the team (people working on the module and other project team members) on technology concepts and best practices for design, implementation and other processes

Who you are
• Strong education track record
• Bachelors or an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related engineering
discipline from Indian Institute of Technology or equivalent premium institute.
• 2-3 years of experience in UI Development using ReactJS
• An ideal candidate will be responsible to produce high-quality solutions; bringing
a deep understanding of modern HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and the software
development life cycle and a strong ability to execute and implement standard
software architecture patterns.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript to design optimized and modular components that
will be used across platforms.
• Proficient with ReactJS, Redux, Service Workers, Optimized coding practices,
Progressive Web Apps (PWA), Context API, System design, Web concepts, Server-
Side Rendering (SSR), lazy loading.
• Should have experience working with any of the chart’s library like charts.js,
Highcharts.js, etc.
• Should know how to write modular and optimized code.
• Should have good knowledge around error handling.
• Fair understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues.
