Job Role: Video Production Head

Experience Level: 5+ Years

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site).

Job Overview:

● A Strong Background in Animation and motion Design

● Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software - Premiere Pro

● The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more)

● Must be a creative and strategic thinker.

● Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills

● Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

● Ideate, Conceptualize and create highly quality engaging video content for the brands, Partners & DE App.

● Create Lottie-based animation files. Train team members on deliverables

● Work with the design team to create a library of illustrations for the video content.

● Present storyboards to the stakeholders and take responsibility in the execution of the entire project.

Qualifications:

● Required Skills 5+ years of experience in managing a video/Animation team.

● Experience working on mobile platforms/Apps/Social media launches

● A very good knowledge of Animation principles, Storytelling, Design, Composition, Staging, timing Character design.

● A degree in animation, Art or any kind of creative background is a must.

● Obsessed with details and has a strong eye for design nuances

● Fair amount of experience in UI & UX Illustration capability is a plus. 2d/3d animation is a plus.

● Image manipulation, Color correction knowledge is a plus and experience in Cinema 4D is a plus.

• Sourcing for the region (Maharashtra and Gujarat)
• Working closely with business development team and operations team to ensure the client expectations are properly met in terms of time and quality of sourcing
• Building and developing the required team to achieve the targets
• Driving efficiencies to maintain sourcing service levels and expanding margins of the region
• Building and implementing processes to increase the overall efficiency and reliability of the region
• Participating in cross-functional projects for high priority initiatives and bringing process and data- driven focused approach to support the organization's goals
• Driving change management to ensure efficient implementations of any new strategic change
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders like Operations, Finance, Product, Sales and New initiatives with the objective of driving stakeholder success
• Ensuring excellent customer and partner experience

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduates from Tier 1/2 Engineering colleges/Post Graduate from Tier 1/2 Management colleges with good academic performance
• 4-8 years of frontline Operation/sourcing/channel management experience or P&L Management
• Strong leadership qualities to lead a large geographically spread team
• Ability to manage conflicts and good stakeholder management skills
• Multi-tasking capabilities and inter departmental coordination
• Product first mindset and relevant experience is a useful plus
• Experience in channel management in B2C space will be very useful    

• 3+ years experience creating interfaces, large-scale digital experiences, or applications.
• Excellence at designing a brand experience across multiple channels, including web, mobile applications.
• Experience designing for a variety of industries including retail, financial, etc.
• Direct client interaction experience with the ability to build relationships, understand client vision/direction, and present designs and concepts.
• Figma should be core to your toolbox. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. (Keynote, Google Docs, and other basic skills are a requirement)
• Strong experience using various prototyping tools to help understand the problem, test concepts, and communicate experiences to internal teams and clients.
• Full understanding of how to identify the true needs of users through research, customer journey mapping, user testing and apply the insights to the design strategy and business needs. Successful track record working within interdisciplinary teams in creating great products knowledge of service design, design systems, and agile methodologies.
• Risk-taking in design, pushing past the obvious.

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent, in design, human-computer interaction or a related field, or a combination of education and experience in a relevant field
