Engineering Manager

We are looking for A highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Microservices Architecture. Proficient in developing scalable and high-performing applications using SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and Entity Framework (v6+). Recognized for excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams, including US counterparts.

Roles and Responsibilities

§ Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook etc.

§ Tracking and reporting on social media responses by analyzing traffic to the site

§ Update our social media pages with compelling company news, events, celebrations or solutions and services

§ Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

§ Maintaining a visible online on social media presence and adhering to the marketing goals

§ Increasing the company's awareness and readership by using relevant advertising techniques

§ Optimize social media content (language, message, tone) on the basis of the behaviour of our target audience

§ Familiarity with paid advertisement and aware about different websites, and tools for creating graphics, images and video content

§ To create a range of engaging digital content such as Marketing and      

 Promotional videos and Reels to be used across a variety of online

 platforms and social media channels.

§ To help us maximise our online profile and develop our ever-growing social media presence through the creation of video driven strategies and digital media content.

§ Pays attention to trends on Instagram Reels creating and analyzing what works for our business.

§ Coordinate with the creative department to create advertising/engagement posts (e.g. for Company Events, Job posts, etc.)

§ Contribute to the creation of various content materials including: Blogs, Articles, Website Pages, Email templates, Social Media posts etc

§ Develop a deep understanding of MHFAI’s business, brand voice, and target audiences.

§ Develop posts and articles on a wide range of topics that resonate with our target audience and drive traffic to our website

§ Proofread and edit content to ensure high-quality standards, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation

§ Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and      industry best practices to maximize efficiency

§ Requirements and skills

§ 3+ years of solid experience in digital content marketing or related fields

§ Excellent written and oral Communication skills

§ The ability to create original web content with images or videos

§ Proven work experience as a Social Media content writer or a similar role

§ Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise

§ Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio

§ Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision

§ Working knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and keyword research

§ Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise content

§ Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas

Responsibilities:

Full Stack Engineers at UnScript.AI are involved in all parts of the product life cycle: idea generation, design, planning, execution, and shipping. On day-to-day work, we create reliable, scalable and highly performant systems. A commitment to teamwork, hustle and good communication skills are our key requirements. As Full Stack Engineer, you will lead end-to-end development of modules with complete ownership of design, planning, coding & delivery.

• The Software Development Engineer's core responsibilities include working on highly maintainable and unit-tested software components/systems that address real-world problems.
• Ensure quality at every level be it problem-solving, design, code or bug fixes.
• Should be able to collaborate with product managers, architects and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sprints.
• Own and unblock users on production issues, able to troubleshoot and fix production issues on priority.

SKILL SETS REQUIRED: Kubernetes, AWS/any other cloud, NodeJS, JavaScript, React/Next, Design thinking, API Framework

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Tech or higher in Computer Science from a premier institute. (We are willing to waive this requirement if you are an exceptional programmer).

• You are a strong coder, Love to explore multiple languages and tech stacks; We are language-agnostic, and we love people who like to explore multiple stacks. We’re looking for people who can write clean, effective code.

• Building scalable & performant web systems with clear focus on reusable modules.

• You are comfortable in a high paced environment and can respond to urgent (and at times ambiguous) requests

• Ability to translate fuzzy business problems into technical problems & come up with design, estimates, planning, execution & deliver the solution independently.

Follow Agile development model to incrementally build out the applications with regular reviews with Product

• Knowledge in AWS would be great to have.

• Ability to work with databases, data pipelines.

• Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in web development using core PHP,Wordpress, CodeIgniter etc
• Must have hands-on experience in front-end using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS etc.
• Must have experience with design patters such as RESTful, AJAX, and jQuery

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

As a Product Manager, you will join the Consumer product team and lead the implementation of global products in our journey towards making remittances accessible and affordable for all.

In this role, you’ll work with cross functional teams to build product strategy and roadmap to grow our consumer business vertical.

What you will do:

• Solving issues through consumer web/ apps platform & improving the overall experience of for the consumers.
• Coordinating such that product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, analytics and customer-facing teams.
• Working with a group of experienced Product Managers with a track record of successfully building large-scale business and consumer products that are collectively impacting millions of users around the world
• Being responsible for new product ideation, product development cycle and launch.
• Building a market excelling product line, offering best in class services and user experience that contributes to the product vision and business strategy
• Proactively identifying gaps in the market and leading the effort to develop products that drive business value
• Closely involving in documentation, validation, verification of critical performance data, feedback and findings related to the customer journey
• Working closely with a team of engineers, architects, designers, experimentation team to deliver excellence and setting the high-level mission, vision, and roadmap for the platform and the team
• Working with the design team to constantly improve the UI/ UX of the consumer facing app/ web and white-labelled platforms basis data.
• Understanding the blend between Interaction, UX and usability
• Being responsible for incorporating feedback from consumers, data inputs, market intelligence, research, competitor analysis and designing features/ functionalities to keep always miles ahead of competition
• Gathering post-launch client feedback, measuring performance and quickly capturing learnings to adapt the product.

• Strong experience in Python scripting and automation frameworks (Pytest and Robot)
• Basic knowledge in SQL servers and queries, REST API calls.
• Jira, and any test management tools.
• Knowledge in data/ETL domain is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

We are looking for self-motivated backend developers for full-time positions with good skills in NodeJS and Azure.

Selected developer's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1) Write lambda functions and fix bugs - NodeJS on Azure platform

2) Good skills in NodeJS required and good working knowledge in Azure Serverless stack required

3) Preferable to have Azure certifications (Associate or Professional levels)

Salary: INR 2.4L Per Annum (INR 20k per month)
