Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Ecommerce Executive role located in Mumbai at BXI. As an Ecommerce Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve managing online sales efforts, optimizing product listings, analyzing market trends, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on our digital platform.

We are looking for dynamic Sales Development Executives with 2-3 years of experience in Cloud/DevOps services to drive revenue and customer growth in our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling cloud management services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and be proficient in identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and setting up meetings with decision makers. This is a client-facing, business development-focused role with an emphasis on driving sales in the cloud solutions space. Knowledge of cloud platforms and services will suffice to effectively communicate our value proposition 

Responsibilities: 

• Research and identify potential leads in the targeted industries / domain 
• Use a variety of tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM software, email campaigns, and databases) to gather relevant information and reach out to prospects. 
• Qualify leads by evaluating their needs, budget, and purchasing potential. 
• Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our IT services and set up meetings. 
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing leads, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups. 
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion into customers. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system.

Requirements: 

• You have at least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the software industry, with a solid track record of lead generation.

• You have a proven track record in building good client relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets. 
• Ability to present & excellent communication skills in English.

Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Implement responsive and performant UIs with a user-centered approach with frontend technologies including Angular 2, Javascript(ES 6), Typescript, SCSS, etc
• Build backend REST APIs on Python 3 based server frameworks for deployment and scaling of our product(s)
• Write meaningful test cases for frontend & backend platforms

• Integrate our products with 3rd party products/tools/services

• Develop Infrastructure for delivering services using a performance-driven approach, build databases, schedule automated jobs, etc

Ideal Background / Experience

• At least 24 months of diverse experience in web development for product or services-oriented environment with exposure to working production deployments
