Job Overview:

We're looking for a UX Designer who is good at creating great user interfaces to join our friendly team in Chennai. If you have more than a year of experience and are good at talking with people and taking the lead, we'd like to talk to you. As a UX Designer here, you’ll focus on making easy-to-use interfaces, figuring out what users need, writing down project requirements, and making sure our products are nice to use. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, developers, and users to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Lead and mentor other team members in best practices and design principles.

Draft clear and concise project requirements to guide the development process.

Conduct various research methods including user testing, user interviews, observational research, contextual inquiries, and user surveys.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of design systems, while establishing and promoting design guidelines and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest design trends to create cutting-edge user experiences.

Possess strong UI and web design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.

Convert complex problems into simple, user-friendly interfaces.

Have a thorough understanding of the entire design process.

Qualifications:

1+ years of UX design experience.

Exceptional proficiency in UI and web design.

A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX and UI design skills and methodology.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Nice to Have:

Proficiency in graphic design, including logo design, icon design, and illustration design.

Responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, You will also be involved in sales forecasting, account planning

Every day, Monitor and ensure the accuracy of the daily transactions, journal entries, General ledger system and month end close work.

Reconciliation of Customer and Suppliers accounts

TDS, Income tax, PF, ESI & PT returns filling on a timely basis.

Looking after all statutory deductions and remittances to Govt.

Finalization of accounts in accordance with companies Act and accounting standards.

Preparation of annual accounts at the end of the year according to the provision of the law.

Review and Filing GSTR1 & GSTR 3B, & Reconciliation GSTR2A V/S GSTR 3B, and Filing Returns within due date along with the annual returned.

Manage taxation like VAT, Service tax, TDS, Income tax, PF & ESI & returns on timely basis

Every Month Filing Statutory Returned within due date like, Sales Tax, Service Tax, PT, ESIC, EPF, &

Filing GST like GSTR1, 2A,3B, etc. Monthly Deducting Tds for Contractors, Salary Employees, OtherVendors, which is applicable for Tds.

Compilation of form 16 and form 16A, Quarterly and annually returned prescribed under the income tax Act, 1961 for tax deducted at source u/s 192 to 194- K

• Generating leads into exhibitions & events industry, targeting high potential clients participating in the exhibitions (Domestic as well as International).
• Developing business by cold calling, client pitching through research or references.
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the clients.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
• Mailing Introductory Profile to prospective clients.
• Scheduling appointments and to get maximum meetings done with the clients.
• To get sound brief from the client and ensure maximum clients are converted.
• Client follow ups & feedback till the completion of the project.
• To ensure timely payment is made by the client after the completion of the project.
• To be a single point of contact between the client and the production team.

Requirements:
*2-4 years of experience

*Ability to do stress testing + has knowledge of IT security (rate limiting, DDOS attacks etc)

*Proven Manual testing experience is a must.
*Good knowledge of Node.js and it's test platforms

*Automation exp will be a plus

* Should have experience in scripting (shell or python).

*Selenium experience and experience in managing CI/CD for code deployments is a plus
*Experience working with tools for version control (Git)
*Analytical and logical thinking with natural curiosity
