Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Presales (Inside Sales).

This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales processes, client engagement, and lead generation

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.

 Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities using various tools and platforms.

 Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to introduce company products/services.

 Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.

 Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.

 Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer information.

 Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaigns.

 Track and report on outreach and lead generation metrics.

Qualifications:

 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Firmware Engineer with expertise in RTOS, embedded C/C++, Python, and IoT protocols. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing embedded firmware for 16-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers, focusing on board bring-up, testing, and debugging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop embedded firmware using embedded C/C++, Python, and data structures.
• Utilize RTOS, preferably Zephyr or FreeRTOS, for real-time embedded applications.
• Implement low-level embedded software design and development for microcontroller-based systems.
• Configure and integrate communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, RS232/485, USB.
• Incorporate industrial protocols like Ethernet, Modbus, and REST into firmware designs.
• Hands-on experience with MQTT, HTTP, BLE, Wi-Fi, and web server technologies.
• Collaborate using GitHub and JIRA, following Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in embedded C/C++ programming and Python scripting.
• Strong understanding of RTOS, preferably with experience in Zephyr or FreeRTOS.
• Demonstrated knowledge of embedded firmware development for 16-bit / 32-bit microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32).
• Experience with communication interfaces including I2C, SPI, RS232/485, and USB.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and REST.
• Hands-on experience with IoT protocols including MQTT, HTTP, BLE, and Wi-Fi.
• Proficient use of GitHub and JIRA for version control and project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot embedded systems issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in embedded firmware development and board bring-up.

• Create, test, and maintain web-based applications using Laravel Framework.
• Work with members of the other teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.

Sales executives are responsible for selling a company’s products or services to potential customers. They are often regarded as the face of the company and the primary point of contact for clients.

A sales executive usually performs the following tasks:

• Find new business opportunities and customers
• Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services
• Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers
• Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities
• Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team. 
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools 
• Develop backend data services and contribute to increasing existing APIs 
• Ability to act individually in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Closely work with the Product and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery 
• Participate in solution designing with Tech leads and Systems Architects
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components

• BE/BTech or some equivalent academic stance. 

• 2-5 years’ experience 
• A confident, self-starter, team player with drive, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills 
• Ability to manage yourself and be a self-starter. 

• Great people skills to closely work with other teams. 
• Strong in establishing systems & processes 
• Expertise in Laravel, MySQL, and Git 
• Thorough in Object-oriented concepts 
• Knowledge of Restful Web services 
• Understanding of web applications
• Working knowledge of one or more caching, queuing systems in desirable
• Familiarity with AngularJs or React is a big plus
