 Company Secretary (CS) executive is one of the legal representatives of a company to perform and manage various regulatory functions. Company Secretary also plays a definite role as a Business Advisory to the Board of Directors by guiding them incorporate laws; corporate governance; strategic management; project planning; capital markets & securities laws. In short; a Company Secretary works as an in-house legal expert and compliance officer with the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

·         Previous experience of working for listed companies is mandatory.

·         Advising on good governance practices and compliance of Corporate, Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate, Securities and Other Business Laws and regulations and guidelines

·         Assists in developing a corporate and social sustainability framework if applicable

·         Handles the promotion, formation and incorporation of companies and matters related therewith

·         Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative like MOU, Sale deed, DSC maintain and record keeping of office and plant Maps, and other legal documents.

·         Coordinate the board/general meetings and follow-up actions thereof Manages all tasks relating to Securities and their transfer and transmission Acts as the custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registers.

·         Manages the Secretarial/Compliance Audit Signing of Annual Return where necessary and responsible for other declarations, attestations and certifications under the Companies Act, 1956, corporate laws and acts particularly relating to Securities and Exchange Board, Consumer Protection, Environment, Labour, Mergers

About the role:

The Director of Product Management is responsible for overseeing and implementing product development policies, objectives, and initiatives as well as leading research for new products, product enhancements, and product design.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Become a product expert on all company's solutions

- Build and own the product roadmap and timeline.

- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that addresses product, pricing, messaging, competitive positioning, product launch and promotion.

- Work with Development leaders to oversee development resources, including managing ROI, timelines, and deliverables.

- Work with the leadership team on driving product strategy, in both new and existing products, to increase overall market share, revenue and customer loyalty.

- Implement and communicate the strategic and technical direction for the department.

- Engage directly with customers to understand market needs and product requirements.

- Develop/implement a suite of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to measure product performance including profitability, customer satisfaction metrics, compliance, and delivery efficiency.

- Define and measure value of software solutions to establish and quantify customer ROI.

- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.

- Monitors and reports progress of projects within agreed upon timeframes.

- Write very high quality BRD, PRDs, Epics and User Stories

- Creates functional strategies and specific objectives as well as develops budgets, policies, and procedures.

- Creates and analyzes financial proposals related to product development and provides supporting content showing allocation of funds to execute these plans.

- Write status updates, iteration delivery and release notes as necessary

- Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.

- Develop & conduct specialized training on new products launched and raise awareness & application of relevant subject matter.

- Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre & post product launch/changes.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Cutover/Data Migration Consultant with over 5 years of expertise in managing end-to-end cutover activities and data migration processes in SAP implementation or upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP data structures, migration tools, and methodologies, along with exceptional project management and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Cutover Planning and Execution

Develop detailed cutover plans, including timelines, dependencies, roles, and responsibilities.

Coordinate with business, technical, and functional teams to ensure seamless execution of cutover activities.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for a smooth transition to the production environment.

Execute and monitor the cutover plan during go-live, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Data Migration Management

Lead the end-to-end SAP data migration process, including extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.

Work closely with business stakeholders to define data migration scope, strategies, and rules.

Develop and execute data mapping and transformation scripts using tools like LSMW, BODS, or SAP Migration Cockpit.

Ensure data quality and integrity by performing rigorous testing and validation activities.

Testing and Validation

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define and execute data migration test plans.

Perform mock migrations, reconciliation, and post-load validation to ensure successful data loads.

Resolve data discrepancies and provide root cause analysis during testing phases.

Documentation and Reporting

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including cutover plans, data migration scripts, and issue logs.

Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders on cutover and migration progress.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and project managers to ensure alignment of migration activities.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users on data readiness and cutover processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP cutover planning and data migration.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in SAP data migration tools such as LSMW, SAP BODS, SAP Data Migration Cockpit, or custom ETL tools.

Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO) and their data structures.

Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques.

Experience with S/4HANA migrations and understanding of HANA-specific data structures (preferred).

Hands-on experience in managing legacy system data extraction and reconciliation processes.

Soft Skills:
